Our home is child and pet friendly, securely fenced and only a very short walking distance, (less than 5 minutes), to the beach, cinema, supermarket, cafes and Rosebud pub. . An additional living area at the back, has a second TV, a couch and bar fridge. The second bedroom is large and the queen bed can be curtained off from the bunks. Wifi, and FREE NETFLIX are available. Spacious shower, separate toilet. Baby high chair and we have a portacot. Air conditioned and with ceiling fans.

It comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is a perfect base to explore all of the peninsula’s beautiful attractions. It’s a place where you can unwind and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after enjoying the tranquil tea tree outlook from every room.

This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. This home is very close to the beach. Walk through a walking gate and you are at the beach. The key to the gate is on the key ring. Chris's place is on ground level and is in a quiet area it has every thing you would need for a great holiday. Close to wineries and all amenities. It is a child friendly home with high chair and baby bath if needed. A few games are available together with an outside BBQ. There is a single car garage for your use.
