Townhome holiday rentals in Anfield

This was our second stay at Anna's lovely house. It is such a calm, beautiful place to be. We also love the neighbourhood. While we were there it was the Granby Street Market which is on the first Saturday of every month and well worth a visit.

A fantastic place to stay if you are visiting Chester. Ten minutes walk into the city centre. Quiet residential area. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed and more. A very warm and welcoming home from home! Thoughtful welcome basket and milk in the fridge. Great communication from Jo. Highly recommend and will stay again if ever in Chester.

Can’t praise Ollie and his home enough 👌🏽location,parking,comfort,home from home ,host response and more all 10/10 !you could not get any closer to centre,literally stones throw away. Provided ear plugs for church bells which like to ring 🤣 I’m a very light sleeper and didn’t sit yet b my sleeping but then a nightcap 🍷might have helped that too 🤭 Ollie’s home is just so homely, he’s thought of everything and everything about it is perfect ! Spotless , comfy bed and bedding and Ollie checked in from start to finish to make sure everything was ok .Ollie even found my ring which I hadn’t yet missed and contacted me to let me know …. Thank you !!! Don’t hesitate book this place it’s a little gem 💎

Had a wonderful stay whilst competing at the Deva triathlon in Chester, great accommodation, great location, superb host.

The property was just as described, and perfect for our needs: clean, comfortable, and with a truly helpful and responsive host. The parking was an added bonus. We would not hesitate in booking here again. Many thanks Mark.

What a fantastic place to stay! I couldn’t recommend it more highly. It was perfect for our family — comfortable, peaceful, and full of warmth and charm. Conveniently located near central Altrincham, with easy tram access to Manchester city center. This isn’t a 'corporate' Airbnb, but a thoughtfully maintained home with real character. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, lovely home away from home with exposed brick and loved cladded wall in the kitchen that only add to the periodic charm. It had the all important comfy beds and great shower pressure too! Coffee shops in the morning were a short hop away! Great place to stay in Chester city centre.

Very well equipped, clean and well served with 4 bathrooms ( one for each bedroom).Check in and out super easy. My single issue was that it butts on to the Lawrence Hotel and there was a wedding where the disco went on until v late (2 am?)…it’s fine.I don’t want to be a killjoy

Came up from Somerset to watch the rugby with my brother. Had a really nice stay and would highly recommend it.

Great location for Anfield and City Centre. Spacious house with everything you need. Comfortable beds, with spotless bed linen and plenty towels provided Thanks so much.

House exactly as shown on website, good on street parking. Clear instructions on how to enter property, good communication. We were attending an event at Anfield Stadium and it was an easy 30 minute walk away. Cheap Aberdeen into city centre and handy local shops for bread and milk.

Nice and well-maintained accommodation close to the center. Good beds, room for everyone in both living room and kitchen. We visit Liverpool every year and this property is definitely the best we have stayed in (it is also a little more expensive than the ones we usually stay in). We'd love to come back.

Lovely place to stay , cozy and a good vibe overall to stay. Plus we got the parking right in front of door reducing our everyday hassle to find a spot. Nice restaurant near by and a peaceful neighbourhood.

I recommend, the host was very communicative, area is quiet. There is wi-fi to enable work, the ability to park a car and other amenities from the descriptions. The only thing we didn't like was mold on silicone in shower, for the safety of guests it is better to remove this, the rest of the house was clean and as described :)

Unbelievably helpful and responsive hosts. The best I’ve experienced on here. Great location of property. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby without it being too busy. Will return soon.

We stayed at this property for two nights as we had a festival. The location was absolutely perfect, the house itself was wonderful, spotlessly clean. The hosts provided a lovely welcome hamper which included things such as milk, bread, Prosecco. It was very thoughtful! The hosts also allowed us to check in early which was great as we had a festival to attend. Would reccomend this property! Thank you very much.

Lovely place to stay right in the middle of Chester. Great amenities, very clean, felt like a home away from home. It really was spot on other than a couple of only very small recommendations! There's a street light at the front of the property that is quite bright. There are gaps around the blinds so if you're used to blackout it will feel quite bright. The back bedroom doesn't have the same issue. The downstairs shower base is very slippy, so would recommend installing a handle just to make sure it's safe. There are lots of automated lights than come on - useful when it's dark but if you have kids and are sneaking to the bathroom in the night it can wake them up, there are decent gaps around the doors. There are so many useful amenities round the home and a lot to discover - maybe more user guides / instruction manuals for everything would be great. With those things, it's honestly perfect. So it's very minor tweaks.

Right from our initial contact Claire was quick to respond and very helpful. Everything we needed for a welcome arrival was provided. The location is perfect for sightseeing,restaurants and multiple outdoor activities. The train station is on your doorstep with direct access to the major cities.

Sophia was very helpful and friendly. The house is very nice and spacious.

We can only echo all the great comments previous guests have made. So glad we stayed. A super comfortable bed which gave us a great nights sleep. Lashings of hot water for a good soak in the great bath tub! The lounge was very relaxing especially the sofa. Kitchen was well equipped. House was very clean too. Location was perfect with the 53 bus at the end of the High Street or a short walk into the city centre. The City Wall walk was brilliant as was the Cathedral, River Trip and Zoo. Christopher was an excellent communicator. We liked his suggestions of eateries especially Made in Italy where we celebrated my 75th Birthday!
