Anne & Jan were extremely helpful and friendly from the very beginning. They gave valuable advice and were kind enough to find a great gueuze beer as a welcome gift. The house is cozy and very well organized and is in a magnificent location, an oasis of tranquility and tranquility. The beautiful back garden faces west and you can admire the sunset while comfortably sitting and relaxing on the outdoor table. The emerald green fields surrounding the neighborhood are fantastic. The bathroom is tidy and the shower is magnificent, as there is nothing missing in the kitchen, not even the coffee pods. Perfect stay with extremely welcoming hosts! To be back soon!

Nice house in a quiet area surrounded by nature and animals, ideal to disconnect and also in turn to know different important cities of Belgium. Also located in an important point of history, close to the waterloo battlefield.

A very nice place to relax, in the middle of the forest with animals around you. David is also a nice, calm man with a lot of humor, but he is always busy. We have already been to 7 B&Bs during our trip through Belgium, but this is our favorite so far. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Me and 6 friends stayed at Françoise's cottage for 4 nights. In front of the door we could park both cars, which was very pleasant. Everything looked nice and tidy, also it is of course a wonderfully quiet area where you can walk nicely. A supermarket relatively nearby (5 min by car) and plenty to do within a 30-minute drive. The mattresses seemed somewhat hard at first, but these slept fine! The shower on the 1st floor does not have that much water pressure, but this was also not really disturbing. All in all, the cottage is very cozy, well clean and many basic things you often use are already present in the cottage (oil, herbs, foil, etc.) The contact with Françoise himself was also really great! Often within 30 min/1 hour already a useful and friendly answer. Thanks Françoise!! Who knows until next time ;)

A real breath of fresh air... just a stone's throw from everything! We really loved our stay here. The house is spacious, impeccable, very well-equipped, and above all ideally located: you are in the middle of nature, quiet, while remaining only a few minutes from shops and all facilities. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the garden without overlooking neighbors, with a magnificent view of the forest. Honestly, the experience is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel... with the added space, comfort and privacy of a home. Everything is thought out to make you feel good. Special mention for the host: responsive, caring and attentive — a true pro from start to finish. Thank you Kurt We'll be happy to go back!

We were with 6 adults, a child and a dog in Anthony's villa. As described, it is a great equipped property with some additional amenities, such as the built-in coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired, or the refrigerator that supplies the ice cubes for the drinks. The absolute highlight is the pool, whose water temperature also allows morning swimming. Anthony and Bea are very helpful, easily accessible hosts and kindly allowed us a late checkout. So we were also able to take it easy on the last day of vacation. Waterloo (10 min drive) and Brussels (40 min drive) are worth seeing in the area. All in all we had a very nice time in Anthony and Bea's villa. I appreciate it. Thanks!

Luxury cottage, located in a very quiet place. We slept great there in a nice bed. A car is necessary to explore the beautiful surroundings, but they are nice rides in the area where the Battle of Waterloo took place. But Brussels is also close by. It is only 25 minutes by train to the middle of the city center. The station is a 10-minute drive from the cottage. The cottage has every comfort, and if you have any questions, you will receive an immediate answer. The welcome and introduction on arrival are warm and good. No surprises. Isabelle and Alain are a pleasant hostess and host.

Armelle Place has been lovely, bit cold at the arrival but once the heating was turn on it became quickly homey. It is furnished with all the comforts. We rented the house for new year, with our dog and cat, to be away from fireworks and the city, and it was the best idea. The house has a big garden but on the add was missing the pictures of the back of the house, which is sided by a road. This was a bit of a problem to leave the dog and the cat off leash. So something to keep in mind :) all in all highly raccomand

Stany's villa is fantastic and Stany is a great host! Responds very quickly to questions and always tries to think along. I was allowed to check in earlier to decorate the house. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and the garden was beautiful! Very spacious villa, the bedrooms are exactly as in the photos. There is also enough space for a large group, and for all the groceries. I would definitely come here again! We had a fantastic weekend.

The house is ideal for a large family to visit Brussels and the local area. The house is right against a busy road which can seem noisy if you are not used to traffic sounds. Right across the road is a lovely forest with plenty of trails for walking or jogging. My kids enjoyed seeing all their pets and swimming in the pool. The home decor is very eclectic and interesting to look at. The host was very helpful throughout our stay.

Had a brilliant time here, beautiful house and garden. Swimming pool & hot tub were a great addition. Perfect break for the two of us and Frédéric was the perfect host. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the wonderful garden and the quiet surroundings with our 9-month-old daughter. Our dog Bowi also had a great time with Peter's dog Chopin, they were inseparable. Peter is very kind and responds quickly. Provided a delicious breakfast every day. Got a nice tip to eat at Friterie du Saule, really recommended! Thanks Peter and who knows, maybe next time!

This apartment overlooks the Grand Place. It's a great location - very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The beds are comfy, and linens top notch. We didn't do any cooking, but the coffee maker worked and the kitchen was clean. Everyone we talked to - Kevin and Nicholas - were great - very helpful! Some evenings there are musicians performing in the square - the windows open so you can sit in the apartment and enjoy the wonderful sounds. I'd definitely come back here again!

Dimitri is an incredible host, always approachable and responsive. The apartment is very well appointed and recently renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Added bonuses are a spacious, sunlit, very private deck with dining table and chairs as well as a separate den with desk and chair. The property is very centrally located, walkable to the Midi and Central train stations, the Palais Justice, and the Grand Place among the other nearby sites. There are a Lidl and restaurants on the street along with very interesting retail outlets and higher end art and antique shops. While very alive during the day and evening the street is extremely quiet overnight. The separate bedroom like the den overlooks the street but there is little sound from the street overnight. We spent a very enjoyable month and highly recommend Dimitri's place for long or short stays. Thank you again Dimitri for providing such a wonderful abode and for your extreme kindness and assistance during our stay.

This place is very bright, peaceful & beautiful, tucked away in a quiet one-way street close by to the Place Keym. Guillaume was very helpful & responsive, making sure that everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place!

Extremely large loft, great views from the top floor and nobody can see into your apartment. Two balconies/terraces makes it even more great. Very bright apartment, lots of sun the whole day. Very quiet at night, good sleep is guaranteed. There is a private underground car parking lot belongs to the flat. Building with elevator which goes almost directly to the apartment. Laurent is a great host, always available and helpful. Speaks fluent English. He helped us to open the door when we forgot keys inside and it happened very fast despite it was evening. Overall great experience.

Very nice apartment! Very large with a pleasant exterior (it just needs to be refreshed a little). The apartment is close to a supermarket as well as tram 4. The Neighborhood is great Accommodating hotel, we were able to leave later than the scheduled time I would recommend it! 😊

Our family of four adults and our small dog felt right at home in this diverse neighborhood that’s close to loads of bars and restaurants. There are two metro stops super close that will take you to all the sites within 15 min. Easy to do day trips. Several supermarkets on the block. We were happy to not be in the super touristy area! The space is very efficient, feels roomy and is comfortable. It’s also quiet. Note that the wifi is not good and I used my hotspot several time for work. Also, there is only one key. Highly recommend and host is very responsive.

We arrived late so Jean Louis met us and welcomed us to the apartment Its exactly as shown in the photos with lovely touches, fresh fruit, a coffee machine with kettle, microwave, a hob, oven and fridge with freezer, all of the utensils crockery you might need And an extremely low priced mini bar with wine The shower is amazing, the apartment quiet comfortable and within walking distance of central Brussels Jean Louis gave us great recommendations of where to go and directions and Marc was extremely prompt at replying to messages and he has been kind enough to registered post back my purse to me in ireland when i forgot it The only drawback is we would have liked to have stayed longer and we had to leave so early Monday morning we left dishes in the sink, food in the fridge and didnt get to empty the bins .. apologies We hope to stay again and explore Brussels more in the future Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful apartment with us Patricia and Richard
