Luminous, artistic design loft with garden

It is a 130m2 luminous beautiful loft. It has windows all around and there's a 60m2 garden south orientated, so always sun. I really love my house, so please be kind to it and treat it as it was yours- very important: it is my house- a house where i live in everyday, so it is not perfect. please don't book if you are looking for perfection!! it is an artistic house. it is warm and comfortable and inspiring but NOT perfect. only book it you agree with these conditions. welcome !!!

The apartment is 67 m². Very bright and silent. It 's next to the Dillens (a bar where you can get a break first), The justice's palace and the "Door Louise". It's perfect for business traveler alone or a couple, not for people who don't share intimacy. This old house has been transformed to isolate noise from one apartment to another and it's for quiet people only. The district is quiet, the street very low traffic. the bedroom is on the garden's side. I'm living in the house.

Stayed for one night and was absolutely ideal, great price and a great night sleep. A simple 1 bus journey from the centre of Brussels which made life so much easier. A simple and compact room that has everything you need. Overall you cannot go wrong with what is accurately presented to you for such an affordable price, with a lovely and welcoming host that will help you with anything you shall need. Would highly recommend the room and cannot praise the host higher.

Karima is a great host as pleasant as her accommodation. The apartment is spacious, well laid out, and very clean. It is very invested with a sober decoration and quality furniture. I had a great time at Thomas’s place. It was beautifully decorated, had all the amenities listed and was just the perfect space for my needs. It was also in a great location, walking distance from Midi station and had a transport stop just steps away. Thomas was also very responsive and was flexible with my check-in needs. Would definitely recommend!

Bor was a very nice and helpful host. He responded quickly to my messages and helped me with the heating. The accommodation was clean and very well equipped. The sofa bed was very comfortable and looked very high quality! The only thing I would complain about is that the apartment is quite noisy and you can hear cars and people in the hallway at night. Otherwise, I can highly recommend the accommodation for a trip to Brussels!
