Very nice apartment, with large bay windows that let in a lot of light and offer a beautiful view of the gardens. The bed is very comfortable, as is the sofa, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need! In addition, it is located just in front of public transport (in town in less than 15 mins), but remains very quiet if you want to rest. Monica was very responsive, super nice and flexible. The arrival at the apartment was smooth and I had a great stay! I recommend it to everyone and would be happy to come back!

Really beautiful and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. The only minor issue was that we would have preferred the bed to be a bit higher off the ground, but it was still very comfy and always had a good nights sleep. It's very easy to get into the city centre, and we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood.

My wife and I spent 2 nights at Adeel's apartment and enjoyed our stay very much. We hope to stay again in the near future and will recommend the apartment to friends and family. Adeel was a great host and very quick to respond to our messages.

Modern place in a super convenient location. Open floorplan and a separate bedroom for our son made our visit much easier. Ellen was very responsive to questions and her prewritten instructions for finding the entrance, getting in the building, etc. were easy to follow. She was also very accommodating about allowing us to store our luggage after the check out time but before our train left. Recommend and would return.

We had a great few days at Lisa's place seeing Brussels. It is literally seconds from Gare de Midi/Zuid station but dont worry, there's no train noise. The flat is also very walkable to the old city centre, or again there are buses and trams at the station. The flat is really spacious and comfortable, the rooms are quite large so plenty of room to spread out suitcases and bags without tripping over them. The Amazon Fire TV worked well, the kitchen is well equipped and the black out curtains are good too. There is some street noise during the day, but the bedroom is at the back so we found it very peaceful at night.

Adele and Anthony were really responsive and friendly. It was a great apartment to spend three days in. Would recommend it.

Rabia is a responsive and proactive host who provides detailed instructions to check in and out of the property. The space was clean, full of amenities and in a great location - I found it particularly useful when going to other cities via Brussels-Centraal. Close to food, drinks, grocers - practically everything. Thanks Rabia for a pleasant stay!

The apartment is gorgeous (really high ceilings) and the location is very central to most things a visitor might want to do. The listing was exactly as described and Charlotte was super helpful and kind! Tiny FYIs that did not affect our sincere enjoyment of the apt: it's a few flights of stairs up, the doors are kinda tricky if you're not used to the key style, the dryer leaves your clothes a bit wet if you don't run it twice. The fact that these non-issues are the only flags is your sign to definitely book :) Recommended!!

We enjoyed a lot our stay at James'. Starting with the welcome: a young lady from the restaurant downstairs greeted us, helped us with carrying the suitcases upstairs and showed us around. Beautiful place, very well located, friendly communications. Highly recommended.

Highly, highly recommend! Great instructions before you arrive including local recommendations - very clear. In a great spot in Brussels. Apartment was very clean, with lots of amenities (including espresso pods!) and very comfy throughout. If you’re staying in Brussels for work or pleasure, I recommend staying here. Would do again!

It was great, short but a very cozy apartment and the jaccuzi is really an extra element. Also, our host was super warm (even the decoration) and very available

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.

I had a great stay at Fernando’s apartment! The place is stylish, very clean, and exactly as described. Fernando was a friendly and helpful host, always quick to respond and made check-in easy. The location is also excellent — close to everything but still quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
