A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

Massimo's house is a blast from the past, very clean, quiet, fresh, spacious and perfect for taking your mind off the routine! Massimo and his family are also of a kindness and availability never seen by a host. Everything truly impeccable, we and our Nerone can't wait to come back! 🐶

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially, the strong personality of the house has moved us a little, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Strategic location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Going back to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thank you Lucia! We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly Loved it.

We were very kindly received by Caterina's sister. We felt very comfortable in our bungalow. The complex is located in a large, idyllic garden with olive trees. There was plenty of space and everything important is available. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool and the evening barbecue on our terrace

Six of us spent a week at Ale in the Taunus. The house works very well for this. Ale was extremely accommodating and supported us superbly on site. The house is very quiet in a settlement with a great old tree population and also has a beautiful outdoor area with seating and a wonderful view of the wonderful landscape. Looking forward to your next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Assisi. Very helpful and responsive host. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The illy coffee was a nice touch. Wish we had stayed longer in this charming place. We hope to visit again soon.

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable hostess. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one is hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very well taken care of and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the table football, but of course it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation for this is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

We stayed in this apartment for the second time (the first few years ago in February) and had a good time again. Stefano was helpful and kind, as well as responsive in communication, at the time of check-in and to give us tips about the area. The house is very spacious and well equipped, even for long stays where you can take advantage of the use of the kitchen and the washing machine available for guests. We especially enjoyed the terrace for breakfast overlooking the sea in the morning (also great for a sunset aperitif). Convenient and free parking in front of the apartment, not even a two-minute drive from the sea and close to all amenities. Strategic location also to visit the Marche villages in the area and more. We definitely recommend couples and families with kids for weekends or longer stays!

Adria and Giancarlo welcomed us helped us check in even we arrived late at night. They patiently showed us around the house and provided lots of must-visit places around. We felt just like at home. The house was spotless clean, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. It was better than the images showed. We had a wonderful stay. Just like the previous visitor's rate, 5 stars, no doubt!!! Strongly recommend to everyone would like to stay around.

Niki is a really friendly person, available for everything. New apartment, very clean and with everything you need, even a beach umbrella to go to the beach! A cute and well-kept garden. Strategic location just a stone's throw from all services and the historic center. The garage of extreme comfort! What can I say, my partner and I can't wait to go back!! The apartment has a very nice location right on the beach, especially practical is the free parking on the premises. Since we were in Italy out of season, there wasn't much going on and we had our peace. Communication with the hosts was very easy and fast. A small suggestion for improvement would be better basic equipment in the apartment (more plates, glasses, hangers, etc.) We would recommend the apartment immediately!

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

Lorena is an exceptional host. Always present and available, he offers valuable advice on the surrounding areas. At check-in we found a bottle of local wine and a homemade jam as a welcome. Both excellent! The house is a stone's throw from the center and the sea. It is equipped with every comfort and is very clean. Comfortable environment, like feeling at home! Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

We stayed a week in this apartment and had a very good time. The accommodation overlooks the seafront, the free beach is a stone's throw away but there are also several bathrooms with deck chairs and umbrellas. We stayed in September and there was always free parking along the street right in front of the entrance. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything and we were also provided with detergent to use the washing machine. As a welcome we also found a bottle of local white wine, very welcome. The apartment is within walking distance of the center with lots of places to eat and a 5-minute drive to a large supermarket, very convenient! A big plus is the pastry bar right under the house, we always had breakfast there, even with a small discount thanks to Milo! Milo was present but not intrusive and super helpful! In short, perfect. If we return to the area, we will definitely contact him again!
