We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it’s in the best location overlooking the main square with amazing sea views too. It’s in the middle of the old town and so everything is nearby and within walking distance and great to feel in the middle of it all. If you like walking and swimming there are some amazing walks straight out of the town and also stunning beaches.

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable hostess. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one is hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very well taken care of and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the table football, but of course it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation for this is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

Great service, well-kept and clean accommodation. We were welcomed with every possible and useful detail for the stay. The host Ferruccio was helpful, courteous and attentive to our requests. I highly recommend it.

For us a perfect apartment in a wonderful location. We really enjoyed our time in Sirolo and would book this place again and again.

We chose Lorena's place because we liked it from the photos and it seemed to be in terms of location for exploring the Conero a bit. We found the house spacious, very tidy and clean, with everything we needed. Lorena also left us some welcome snacks. Lorena was very kind, helpful, and gave us many directions to explore the area. The beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes by car and the house is surrounded by the beauty of the Marche hills. We couldn't have been better for our 4 days in Conero.

I couldn't find better for my short stay in Ancona, with two daughters in tow. Spacious apartment, with a functional and bright kitchen living room. I really enjoyed the parking spot inside the park, basically downstairs. Samanda has always been available for any need, but there were no problems anyway. We will definitely be back.

Super nice little flat with lovely outside space. A stone throw away from the beach. Just perfect. The place was squeaky clean. Fransceco and Elisa were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips on best places to go to. Highly recommended :)

Romina is a very welcoming and kind host. My partner and I stayed a week in her annex and had a very good time. We were greeted by her in person upon arrival, with flexible check-in time, and guided step-by-step on how to settle into her home and the area, with several tips on what to visit nearby. The accommodation was perfectly clean and fragrant, with some small amenities not commonly found in other Airbnb accommodations. We also had the company of her three beautiful dogs in the garden, calm and cuddly. The area offers a lot to visit, we in particular explored the most beautiful beaches of Conero, various villages such as Recanati, Jesi and Offagna and the caves of Frasassi, just to give a few examples. I recommend Romina's accommodation, you feel at home.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

A fantastic stay to say the least, a lovely place where you can relax and drink great wine with a beautiful view, not to mention the magnificent pool with a view. The apartment was exactly as described: * very clean. * very quiet (pedestrian street). * everything was provided for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was close to the sea, port, shops and restaurants. We hope to be able to return in the summer next year.

We stayed in this apartment for the second time (the first few years ago in February) and had a good time again. Stefano was helpful and kind, as well as responsive in communication, at the time of check-in and to give us tips about the area. The house is very spacious and well equipped, even for long stays where you can take advantage of the use of the kitchen and the washing machine available for guests. We especially enjoyed the terrace for breakfast overlooking the sea in the morning (also great for a sunset aperitif). Convenient and free parking in front of the apartment, not even a two-minute drive from the sea and close to all amenities. Strategic location also to visit the Marche villages in the area and more. We definitely recommend couples and families with kids for weekends or longer stays!

Angela was great! We got there very early and she welcomed us fairly early in the morning. She also supplied us with lots of tips for sites and restaurants.

Very spacious apartment with attention to details. We felt right at home. The hosts had also left some things for breakfast (including milk, jams, tarts, etc.) and for cleaning. We didn't have to think about shopping because the bare necessities were already there (such as coffee for the morning, hand soap, etc.). Personal hygiene kits were also stored in the bathroom, which were much appreciated. Fabio and Monica were very helpful, responsive and friendly. A very positive experience!

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!
