Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Come and discover this completely new accommodation, located on the ground floor of our chalet. With an area of approximately 38 m2, the apartment consists of an equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, bedroom and beautiful bathroom. Ideal for couples or groups of friends, you can enjoy our charming department from our chalet. The entrance to the accommodation is independent, directly overlooking the outside. Access to the pool is only possible from 10/07 to 5/08

Accommodation only consisting of a bedroom (one double bed and one single bed) with 3-drawer dresser, a bathroom with toilet and shower cabin, an equipped kitchen (oven/combined microwave, induction stove, range hood, coffee maker, dishes). Living area (with sofa bed) giving access to the outside (relaxation area with two sun loungers). It is on the ground floor (terrace with barbecue) facing east with views of the mountains. Living room with kitchenette/bar and sofa bed. A small bedroom with a double bed separated by a curtain. A shower room and a toilet. 10 minutes from Gap. 2 minutes from the airport. 5 minutes from Tallard and La Saulce.
