Loved everything about this space from the beautiful home to the decor to the actual items in the home to make you feel right at home! We had everything we needed and more! No complaints, 100% will stay here again!

This was our second visit to Fred and Lynn's home and it didn't disappoint. When visiting other home I have always taken my own pots and pans as I always encounter cheap thrift store cookware, but not here. I left my kitchen home this trip and it was great! We love how secluded and private it is. You would never know you are only 5 minutes away from shopping and grocery stores. Especially when the local deer herd visits in the early mornings and late afternoons. We plan on returning next summer! 😊

Could not recommend this home more. I didn’t want to leave! Extremely clean, didn’t notice even a smudge. Communication was excellent from the host. Had everything I needed and is an amazing location. I definitely would return again! I had to switch air bnb’s last minute and I appreciated how prompt Lauren was to respond to the booking request. Our family enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine! We had a small hiccup when we arrived with one of the bathroom doors being locked, more than likely a human mistake from house keeping. Danny and Andrea had one of their maintenance staff over within 30 minutes which we greatly appreciated. 7-10 drive to surrounding beaches, 5 minute drive to downtown, with several small resturants within walking distance. Having the small pool was very nice for afternoons after a beach day!

We had an amazing stay at this home in St. Augustine! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was especially impressive, fully equipped with appliances, spices, and utensils that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The outdoor space was a true highlight—like having our own private paradise. It was perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. A wonderful experience all around!

Nicky was very responsive we were arriving early texted her and let her know she said it was ok if we went ahead and got to the house earlier than check in very helpfull she has a very pretty house a nice screened in pool and alot of good recommendations in a note book right in the house very well done we would definitely stay again

Pure delight in such a lovely setting! Tropical, lush clean landscape, delightful pool so relaxing and just the right size. The lanai patio was screened in , watching TV with coffee in the AM perfect. Comfy beds, nice linens, lots of space, workable pretty kitchen, outdoor shower so convenient, the tv has good choices, the grill so nice to cook on, we were amazed at the accuracy of the position of the dishwasher! Lol YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE! A short pretty walk to the vast huge beach, so nice to do what you want there, no restrictions, dogs, tents, cigars, food, drinks, you can walk for miles and the shells are fun. Stay was very relaxing easy access to the beach close proximity to all amenities! would recommend.

My Fiancée and I visited Matt’s house to celebrate my graduation. The house was not only easy to find, but was in a very inviting and vibrant neighborhood. The house itself was perfect for the stay, nothing too big or too small, with a quick and easy drive to downtown, and all the beaches you could ask for. The only suggestion I would add is a microwave would be a good addition, but outside of that, we had a blast with not only the destination, but also the house!

We had a fantastic and relaxing week staying here. The beach is gorgeous and private. The place was clean, comfortable and had all we needed to cook, relax and spend time with friends and family. Definitely would book here again.

This home is so close to beach. The beach was not crowded at all. The home was relaxing and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Exceptionally clean and nicely designed fresh home very close to Crescent Beach and Historic St. Augustine. Perfect for beach getaway and short drive from many bars and restaurants. Great host who made everything simple and provided local recommendations. Highly recommend, short drive to three beach areas.

We had such an amazing weekend staying at the May St house in Saint Augustine!Damon was an absolutely wonderful host, and would respond quickly to any questions or concerns we had regarding the house. The location is perfect and in a safe part of town, and it’s only about a mile away from downtown Saint Augustine and is a quick drive to Vilano beach. I feel like you get so many amazing amenities at a wonderful price point. We will definitely stay here again!!

We had an amazing time! We love staying at places with a fun personality and this place absolutely delivered! Not only was the decor perfect, but the personal touches we received were a bonus. This was the first rental we've ever had that didn't require us to basically clean the place before we head out. It was a nice change of pace. You definitely won't regret staying here.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, makes you feel right at home. The house is as perfect as the pictures look. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It’s tucked just outside the hustle and bustle, offering peace and quiet, but still close enough to walk into town easily. My place had everything I needed, with plenty of amenities and conveniences that made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the lovely view over the marina—perfect to wake up to or unwind with in the evening. I’d happily stay here again!

I LOVED that everything in the house was labeled. It’s such a relaxing little house and I already want to come back.

Robin was a wonderful host. The property was very charming I felt like I was in a movie. Highly recommend for anyone planning a beach vacation. We were only 20 minutes from downtown. Robin was also a very thoughtful host. She had everything prepared that I could ever think of very accommodating for a small family or anybody with dogs. I appreciate it every detail. Definitely will be back the next time I visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Property is clean and well maintained. Our family really enjoyed our stay and we will book at this location again! Property was just as described, with easy access to the beach and overall a very comfortable place to stay with our adult children and grandchild. The "beach supplies" that are available were just what we needed to have a good time at the beach without packing/purchasing all the needed things! The back yard with a large hot tub, patio and firepit area was a nice place to hang out in the evenings. Host Seth was awesome and very responsive!

This was an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a quiet retreat with your dogs in tow. The view and beach accessibility were top-notch. The small, quaint cottage is rustic and charming. Having a complimentary bottle of wine from the local winery offered a nice, welcoming touch. I love Vilano Beach and I hope to stay here again in the future!

We had a fantastic time at 17 Palms Beach House. The house was even better than the pictures showed. It was clean and comfortable with a kitchen that had everything needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens ultra soft. Even the pillows were perfect. The pool was a big hit with everyone with all the toys and beach towels one could wish for. The beach was an easy walk right down the road. We had a couple of questions and Lyndsey answered quickly and was so nice. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Loved our stay and walking to the beach, which didn't have many people and was basically empty in the early evenings (we were there mid-May). The house was clean and the towels and sheets very clean. The back patio is lovely and can be used rain or shine due to the over-hang. No mosquitos bugged us in there because of the screen. The hot tub is really nice, with both a seating area and a lie-down area in it, and easy to operate and open/close. We enjoyed the little touches like a chocolate and bottle of water by each bedside in the master bedroom, the little shampoo bottles and makeup remover wipes, some books to read on the bookshelf, and the enjoyable coastal decor. The towel-drying rack outside, the warm outdoor shower, beach wagon/gear, and the surround-sound stereo you can play music on throughout the house were appreciated features! Location is wonderful being about 20 minutes from lots of activities and historic downtown. Definitely plan to return!
