Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Amsterdam-Oost

Marga's place is in a peaceful neighborhood from where Amsterdam city center is very easy to reach by bus or tram! Very nice garden and beautifully furnished living room. She gave us good tips for shopping and dining. Hope to visit Amsterdam again and stay Marga's apartment.

The accommodation was so beautifully decorated! Very spacious for 2 persons. Large bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Great kitchen. To our surprise, a large terrace with a huge table, very cozy! We booked breakfast on site and were able to enjoy it nicely on the terrace! And for 15 euros, it was really delicious! The area is rural, we visited Amsterdam and Utrecht from there, everything is quick to reach from there and beautiful cities. Karin and her husband are really warm people, with whom you feel directly understood and at home Always😍 helpful, just very likeable❤ We were very happy to be guests with them and can really recommend the accommodation👍😊❤

The place was surprisingly amazing, the house was clean and had everything needed for a fine holiday. I highly suggest people to stay there. There are 2 couples bedroom and a huge bedroom with 7-8 beds. A huge dining room, kitchen was nice. A big balcony with sofas and tables. You can have a fine dinner just outside as there are many restaurants. We got 15% discount on one meal which was a great deal. You can find any means of transportation with in 15 minutes walk. All kinds of shops are avaliable in the area. Amsterdam central is not so far away. Everything was good. Highly recommended. 🤩🤩

Location is ideal - in a lively area but off the main street. Check in and out were easy. Ela is quick to respond. Balcony off the bedroom was so lovely! Would recommend!

Janakke is a really kind and awesome host. We enjoyed our stay totally. She helped us with many suggestions of near by attractions and even transfer of our luggage to the station. The property is in zandvoort aan zee which is a beach town. It’s around 30 mins train from Amsterdam central. Property is exceptionally clean. There are basic dishes needed for cooking. We highly recommend this stay.

We had a great time at Lisa’s. It was convenient to what we wanted to do and she left recommendations that helped us explore more. Flexible check-in was great after a long flight. We also liked having Sem as an added bonus.

There were two of us. Was super quiet and you could do his thing. There were no problems and had a great time. I highly recommend smokers (420 friendly)

Staying at Suzanne’s place was an absolute delight. The location is fantastic—clean, quiet, and well-connected. It’s just a 20-minute walk to the canals, or if you prefer public transport, the train station is only a 4-minute walk away with a quick ride into the happening places. While the home itself was lovely, what truly made our stay exceptional was Suzanne. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thoughtfully, she moved a piece of glass artwork to make the space safer for our son, which we really appreciated. She also shared great local tips for dining and grocery shopping, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this wonderful home—and even more wonderful host—to anyone visiting the area.

Great spot to stay in for what we needed! Staying for a couple of nights before heading off fishing about 90 mins away. Easy to access Amsterdam, 3 stops on the train and 5 min walk to station. Chi’s place was great. Boss games room and loads of space to chill and relax. Will definitely be back 👍🏻

Smooth communication with owner. Cottage is located in a beautiful setting and it is very cozy to stay outside. Accommodation meets all the needs of a group.

It was a super lovely place to stay. I wish it was a little closer to the city center but I really loved the drive from the metro station, the fields were very beautiful and peaceful. It was really quiet out there and there Airbnb was gorgeous.

Ahmed was a very friendly host, extremely helpful and accommodating. In his house you can just feel comfortable. Everything is very clean and tidy. You have everything you need and find it quickly. The decor is very tasteful with a lot of love for small details. We will be happy to come back to Ahmed's.

We stayed at Tijn's place for 5 days. The communication worked well. Tijn was very helpful and also recommended us some great restaurants. The apartment itself was very nice and the balcony is a real highlight. Would definitely recommend the app.

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. An absolutely perfect location from which to enjoy the city! It's a short tram ride to pretty much anywhere you want to go in town, and a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and lovely canal views. In the summer, being on the top floor may make the inside a bit too warm, but the windows open wide and the rooftop outdoor patio is large, surprisingly quiet, and perfect for relaxation, eating, and conversation if the weather is nice. In other words, the true Amsterdam canal-house stair climb is well worth the effort. Overall a very comfortable studio flat, good wifi connection, and a responsive and respectful host. I, together with my mom and big brother spent four days in Amsterdam and this apartment was perfect for the three of us. The apartment was nicely decorated which made us feel extra comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. It suited us who had breakfast every morning in the apartment. We could easily wash the dishes we used as there was a dishwasher. A big plus there was a shop next door where we could shop for food. The majority of the days we went to the city center. It was around 40 minutes walk. The check-in was smooth and as soon as we had any thought, we were able to get in touch with the host. We got a quick response. We are super happy with our stay in the apartment!

Perfect location for museum lovers, and a really well equipped, comfortable and stylish apartment. Lots of room for two people, and it felt airy and peaceful. Easy to get to - just a few mins from a stop for Tram 12 from Centraal station. We arrived on a late Eurostar but it couldn’t have been easier to find the apartment and get in to make ourselves at home thanks to really clear and helpful instructions from our host.
