Holiday rentals with beach access in Amsterdam-Oost

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage direkt am Meer war ideal und ruhig gelegen und dennoch war alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders angenehm war, dass sich die Unterkunft nicht direkt bei großen Hotelanlagen befindet, was für eine entspannte und private Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Henriette war ausgesprochen freundlich und der gesamte Ablauf verlief vollkommen unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We had a lovely few days at Yvonne’s place, enjoying the beautiful and peaceful countryside from their really excellent apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped - perfect for our needs and with the benefit of a lovely outdoor space to enjoy hot days and warm evenings. We would certainly return. Yvonne and Rob were outstanding hosts - friendly, helpful and generous - and we are happy to recommend both them and their apartment.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Marc’s place. Everything was absolutely lovely, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it! The location is fantastic: just a short walk to the beach and the sea, and the train station is only five minutes away. We had a great time and would come back again anytime. Marc is also very responsive and friendly, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. All in all, a fantastic stay! :)

Einer meiner besten Erfahrungen mit AirBnB Unterkünften, die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat blitzschnell geantwortet, die Unterkunft war ein Traum von der Ausstattung bis zur Lage vor Ort. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und es hat an nichts gefehlt (außer vielleicht einen Pfannenwender). Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Auch die Kommunikation war hervorragend , sowie hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Irma. Le logement est très propre, agréable, bien équipé. L’environnement est très joli. Irma est une hôte très sympathique et réactive. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Konumunu bulması kolay oldu. Fazlasıyla sakin bir mahalle, evin etrafı da dolanmaya elverişli. İlk deneyimimiz için güzel bir başlangıç oldu.

Beautiful family home and welcoming hosts-highly recommend for families! Hosts were so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, offering tips for the transit system etc. I wish we had spent more time enjoying their home during this trip to visit Amsterdam as the home is a gem-the outdoor spaces are lovely. The movie projector screen and large collection of movies was so fun to use. The home is in an ideal location to use as a home base to access nearby Amsterdam or the even closer and very charming town of Zaanse Schans.

Tulipa was such a gorgeous place to stay. It is beautifully finished and very comfortable. We stayed on a family holiday with three generations and ten total people - and everyone was perfectly accommodated for. The en-suites are high end, the beds are very comfortable and the open space upstairs is lovely. There’s lots of free on-street parking, and it’s a few minutes walk to a bus stop which takes you to a train station. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here and if we returned to the Netherlands we would stay here again. A very comfortable house, wonderful big soft bed, clean kitchen and lovely shower. A beautiful outside space too- we loved it. Excellent stay

Wir haben uns das Haus gebucht weil es uns von den Bewertungen sehr angesprochen hat. Unsere Erwartungen wurden aber weit übertroffen. Wir kamen in einem Haus in dem wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Saskia war problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns das Haus mit einem befreundeten Pärchen gemietet und sind nach einer Woche sehr gut erholt nach Hause gefahren. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Wir möchten nächstes Jahr im Herbst wieder kommen. Danke für alles Saskia und Flip.

Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. The M5 bus made our commute to Train then Amsterdam easier. (Approx 1 hour). Loved the 2 free bikes available for us to use. The sauna was a lovely bonus to use at night to relax. Moniek’s was resourceful and actively answering our questions. Alot of gadget in the house, no cable on TV so it was hard for my elderly parents to figure out how to use an intelligent tv with Netflix and all but we managed differently. Area was really nice close to the house but Almere centrum gets a bit suspicious at night so be aware to not be a women alone at night coming back -even locals fidy not recommended.

Wir (5 Freunde+1 Hundi) haben sehr schöne Tage gehabt in der Unterkunft. Tolle ruhige ländliche Lage- mitten in der Natur. Trotzdem ist der Weg nach Amsterdam schnell und unkompliziert(kleiner Tipp: es gibt eine Fähre). Victor und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Also wer etwas Ruhe braucht aber trotzdem schnell in der Stadt oder andere Unternehmungen machen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch Edam und Volendam. Außerdem lohnt sich auch ein Tagesausflug an die Nordsee ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our short vacay was really nice at Suus‘ place :) Everything was like described and we felt really comfortable. The location of the apartment was perfect, especially for us as a family with a toddler. We can really recommend it!

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern eine Woche in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Alles war sauber und sauber ausgestattet. Man kann das Meer vom Balkon aus sehen und hören. Die Schlafzimmer konnten super abgedunkelt werden. Henk war jederzeit erreichbar und freundlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Wohngebäude. Dennoch war es total ruhig und erholsam! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, in der Stadt mit Supermarkt, keinen Geschäften und Restaurants. Auch ein Fahrradverleih befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Uns hat es ausnahmslos gefallen und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Una casa fantastica, todo perfecto, si es una casa pequeña pero para 2 personas es perfecta, muy íntima y cerca de la estación y de los comercios principales. Un sitio fantástico!

Brian was great from beginning to end. We got instructions for finding the keys in a lock box, got into the apartment and immediately felt at home. Clean, light, airy and comfortable. Brian gave us local restaurant recommendations that were perfect. And quickly responded when I couldn't figure out the washing machine. It was seamless from beginning to end. The location is perfect for long canal walks, exploring a fun area of the city and close to bus and tram lines to get you whereever you want to go. Highly recommend!

Tess’s place is one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Tess met us for check in to show us the beautiful accommodations. She provided local recommendations. What I appreciated the most was the extra touches she put into making the place feel special. There were live flowers in vases, a bottle of wine, waffles, and coffee ready for us. I found everything to be just perfect.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und man konnte perfekt dort entspannen. Außerdem war die Gastgeberin total nett und hat für eine angenehme Ankunft gesorgt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen wenn man plant zwischen den Städten zu reisen (alles ist nicht weit entfernt).

Kleines aber feines Apartment, Strand, Parkplatz, Zentrum und Naturschutzpark fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Maries Apartment! ☀️
