The apartman is really nice and comfortable. You have everything you could need. The highlights are the outside area, the garden with oliven and granaten apple trees, and the huge balkony which ensure shadow in all the days. From the balkony you can see, hear and smell the sea. By walk you are in 3 minutes at the Geoponika beach, however we liked more the left side of this beach (before Georgalas restaurant and beach bar) and this is a bit more far away. If you have more staff with you, it makes sence to drive to there. This is a weekend House area whith 2 small supermarkets and 3 restaurants in the near, but for all other activities we drived to Nea Kallikrateia or to Nea Modaneia, which are in the near. Stavros is a very kind host, he informed us about all important details and answered our questions always quickly. We enjoyed our stay here and can just recommend this apartmant. We will also consider to come back again. Thank you for Stavros for this nice 10 days!

Great place to stay, especially if you have children! The garden is big and beautiful and the beach is just across the street (literally 15 meters away). Inside the house you have everything you need. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. There is restaurant next to the house, which is very convenient in case you don't have the time or you don't want to cook.

This place is absolutely superb, a little piece of paradise. It looks even better than the photos. Both the house and the garden are stunning and very well-maintained. Everything is spotless. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is quiet, perfect for families. Savas is an excellent host. He greeted us with fresh fruit, homemade eggs, and cold water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after our 1000 km journey. He is very prompt and responds quickly to messages and calls. When we left, he gave us gifts of Greek specialty products and even sweets for the children. We loved this place and will definitely return. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with a welcoming host, this is the perfect spot.

Our stay at Villa Bougainvillea was enchanting, setting the perfect tone for our New Year celebration. The space seamlessly combined spaciousness, beauty, and coziness. It has four generously-sized bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a garden terrace, where we enjoyed our breakfasts and lunches under the warm New Year weather. The living space, with the piano, the Christmas tree and the crackling fireplace added an extra layer of coziness, creating a truly warm and festive atmosphere. Our host Froso played a pivotal role, her kindness and availability adding a personal touch. Upon arrival, we were delighted by a thoughtful gesture of wine and food, creating a truly hospitable atmosphere. Villa Bougainvillea is more than a place to stay; it's an oasis of comfort and connection. Whether a short getaway or a long family stay, it offers the ideal setting. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Besonders der liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Außenküche und Sitzgelegenheiten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Unterkunft ist innen recht klein, was aber kein Problem ist, solange gutes Wetter ist. Einige Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Pavlos war immer erreichbar und hat bei allen Angelegenheiten schnell geantwortet. Zwar ist der Strand in der Nähe, ansonsten gibt es fußläufig nicht viel zu unternehmen oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Art Schrebergartensiedlung. Nichtsdestotrotz sehr empfehlenswert, besonders bei gutem Wetter!!!

ev sahibimiz daha eve gelmeden bize çok yardımcı oldu. eve ulaştığımızda buzdolabında bizi tatlı bir sürpriz bekliyordu. konaklama süresince her sorunumuzda bize destek oldu. bölgede sivrisinek sorunu var ev sahibimiz bunuda düşünmüş ve çok fazla ilaç bırakmıştı. ev şahaneydi. Deniz çok güzeldi. Park yeri sorununda sorun yaşamadık.

A stay that met our expectations – everything was just like in the photos, clean and quiet. We found everything we needed at the location, and communication with the host was very pleasant and efficient. Five stars for hospitality!

Sehr großes Haus mit vielen separierten Bereichen. Wenn man beispielsweise mit 6 Personen (3 Pärchen) anreist, ist es für alle möglich Privatsphäre zu genießen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat beispielsweise einen Balkon. Zusätzlich gibt es unten eine größere Terrasse. Im Garten dann noch weitere Sitzgelegenheiten, einen kleinen Fußballplatz und einen Spielplatz. Das Grundstück wurde während unserer Anwesenheit allabendlich durch die Familie gepflegt (Blumen gießen, Rasen bewässern, ...). Im Wohnzimmer hochwertige Möbel. Die Betten sehr bequem. Babybett vorhanden. Sogar Baby-Badelotion und Feuchttücher für Babys wurde bereitgestellt. Sehr umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. Mit Kleinkind eher ungeeignet. Es gibt in der Wohnküche eine stilvolle Unterteilung in zwei Ebenen über zwei Stufen. Kann man auf den Bildern sehen. Wir haben es leider übersehen und mussten daher etwas aufwändiger für unsere Einjährige "absperren". Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The location was perfect - the house is in a quiet area, but only twenty minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, the airport, the center of Thessaloniki and two minutes from the water park. The area around the house is very large, so the children had plenty of space to play. The inside of the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of the house are very responsive and promptly resolved any issues. Our family was greeted very warmly. Ermolaos and his wife Dimitra were very caring. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for us when we checked into the house and saw a pie on the table that Dimitra had baked for us! Ermolaos is very friendly and he helped us a lot to adapt and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants, entertainment and the best beaches. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the holidays.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

The villa was just as advertised - a beautiful house with a fantastic pool in the middle of a peaceful green area.

Tout d’abord, la maison est encore plus fantastique sur place que sur les photos. En effet, à notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris de la taille, de la beauté, mais surtout de la propreté de cette maison. George est un propriétaire exceptionnel. Dommage qu’il soit impossible de laisser plus de 5 étoiles pour notre avis tant il a rendu notre séjour magique. Très gentil et au petit soin pour ses hôtes, il nous a en effet permis de passer d’excellentes vacances dans son pays. Nous rejoignons tous les précédents commentaires qui saluent la gentillesse de George. Quel bonheur d’avoir des gourmandises fraîches le matin ou encore de pouvoir manger de la salade, venant de son potager ou même d’utiliser son véhicule personnel! Nous avons apprécié le calme de la campagne, la magnifique vue de la maison, mais surtout le fait qu’elle soit fonctionnelle. TOUT est fourni, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Merci encore à George. Nous reviendrons, c’est sur !

וילה מקסימה - חצר ענקית מטופחת ויפה עם נוף נהדר, פנים מעוצב להפליא, מרווח, ומאוד נוח ( אמבטיה שירותים לכל אחד משלושת חדרי השינה) . הוילה מצויה בסמוך לחוף ים פופולארי בקרב מקומיים ורחוק כדי שעה נסיעה עד שעה וחצי נסיעה מהחופים היחודיים בסיטוניה. אנחנו נסענו מידי יום (גם הדרכים יפות) ולא התחרטנו, השהייה בוילה היא חופשה בפני עצמה המצדיקה את הטירחה שבנסיעה.

Wir waren ende Mai mit 4 Personen bei Mike in der Villa. Wir haben die Villa sehr sauber angetroffen. Sie ist mit allem eingerichtet was der Urlauber benötigt und darüber hinaus mit wertvollen Dingen, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen. Toll fanden wir die Aussenküche und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten. Der Pool war um diese Jahreszeit noch etwas frisch, aber sehr sauber und mit den Liegen sehr einladend für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Störend empfanden wir anfangs die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber wir haben uns auch daran gewöhnt. Positiv auch der kurze Fussweg um Strand und die Möglichkeiten des Einkaufs in der Nähe, sowie der kurze Weg zur Autobahn. Danke und beste Grüße an Mike!

Gazda primitoare, ne-a primit cu fructe, vin si apa rece in fridiger. Bucararie cu toate dotarile. Locatia corespundea cu pozele, foarte curata. Piscina este piesa de rezistenta, apa curata. Casa aproape de plaja (aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos) si de cateva taverne locale unde am mancat foarte bine. Gasesti Lidl la doar 10 minute cu masina.

es war alles super! die Gastgeberin war super nett und für alles erreichbar, bei der Ankunft gab es einen Kuchen, Obst und Wasser für uns. das Haus und der Pool waren super und sehr sauber. es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. vielen Dank an Eva für alles!

The beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking spots are available for multiple cars. The house is fully equipped and it is very cozy. Perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is 5 minutes away by walk. Plenty of taverna's and beach bars are accessable on foot (5 min away). The hosts, Eva and her daughter were super friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you next summer!

De accommodatie was makkelijk te vinden. Eenmaal aangekomen werden we ontzettend hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. Het appartement was heerlijk koel. De gastvrouw had al gekoeld water in de koelkast en koekjes en zoutjes wat ontzettend attent was. Het zwembad konden we meteen zien zodra we de deur van het ons appartement openden. Maar wat vooral fijn was, was de stilte, de zee en de prachtige omgeving. Mijn gezin en ik hebben er 12 heerlijke dagen bij Agia Triada doorgebracht en hebben er mooie herinneringen aan deze zomer. Ook veel dank voor onze gastvrouw die we ten alle tijden konden appen en altijd bereid was te helpen.
