It was a lovely place to stay. The host was very kind and helpful, giving me extra time for checkout and guiding me with everything. Next time, I will definitely stay at this place.

Very clean apartment, organized and equipped with everything. Very nice and friendly host. Quiet and safe area, close to public transport to get to downtown Thessaloniki. As in the whole city, if you have a car it is not easy to find parking nearby. We had a very good time. Also recommended for long stays.

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location for the bus station. Lots of space. Very comfy bed. Very characterful decorations. I enjoyed my stay there.

nice big apartment, it felt like a real home which is nice. easy to get a bus into the city area, bus stop only a 3 min walk and supermarket only a 5 min walk. host is fast to respond and check in is easy as can be. 2 thumbs up

The flat is very well situated, straight line from the city centre, max 25 minutes by foot, safe area. The parking is helping a lot, if you are travelling by car. Inside all is clean and decorated with nice taste. It can receive up to 4 persons. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The instructions for check in where clear, easy to deal. All in all, I had a good stay there for the two days, I left Thessaloniki with the promise to come back soon and if available, accommodate in the same place.

I had a wonderful stay in Thessaloniki! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. Great stay at Ioannis’s place — very clean and well kept. Perfect for a stop on the way to Athens. Quiet area with greenery, private parking on the owner’s property, and a coffee machine. We slept very well. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

The host was proactive, with clear instructions for check-in and stay, while being cheerful, open to questions, and helpful. As far as the home was concerned it was tidy and fully equipped with all the facilities. Finally, the hot tub offered another touch of luxury and relaxation.

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

It’s the second time me and my husband are staying there and every time is better than the previous!!! The place is really worth the money, it’s clean, spacious with wine, snacks and coffee. The balcony is a bonus.

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time!
