This property is stunning! It has beautiful views of the vineyard and great walking trails. Plenty of storage and closet space, comfortable beds, the house is very spacious and perfect for a couples getaway. The local wineries looked beautiful, unfortunately we didn’t have time to visit any of them. Short distance into town with some great boutiques and art galleries.

This is the perfect place to stay at Niagara Falls! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy tourist areas, but close enough to walk to all of the fun. It’s a 5 minute drive to the falls, and a 10-15 minute walk to Clifton Hill. We walked down to Clifton Hill every night for dinner/ shopping/ and entertainment, and even walked to the falls at night to see the lights. The house is beautiful, and is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could want or need. Our kids especially loved the attic playroom, full of toys, games, and books, the large basket of blocks in the living room, and the pool and hot tub out back. There are also several games and puzzles in the dining room. The two full bathrooms and one half bath were convenient, and the washer and dryer were definitely a perk as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Went for a weekend away and the place was a great stay. It was clean and communication was great. They even left us snacks and a nice note.

The hostess was very responsive and hospitable! The beds were very comfortable and we didn’t want for extra pillows, towels, blankets, etc. The pool was clean and the deck was enjoyed each morning with a cup of coffee. The area felt very safe. We could spread out and come together when needed. We were in town for a family gathering and it was the perfect set up!

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

Beautiful place. The hosts were so kind and helpful. The area is safe and so close to the outlets which was a huge plus for us ladies! Hope to stay there again one day!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Danish was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend—would definitely stay again!

The place is gorgeous, clean peaceful and at close proximity to everything. The hosts were easy to reach out to and made sure our stay was everything we were hoping for. This is a great place to stay in Buffalo! It was an easy drive to Niagara Falls and the location in town was great. Ibrahim was very proactive and easy to reach and the space was large and well-maintained. We’d happily stay again!

The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shops close by. Our group of 4 (2 couples) were comfortable in the space. The only thing we would have liked is two bathrooms instead of just one, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The beds were comfortable and the central air was nice, too. Allen was very responsive and gladly accommodated a couple of requests we had. I would definitely stay here again.

We were visiting Buffalo for Christmas and were very happy with Joe’s place. His descriptions of the house and neighborhood were perfect. We took walks everyday with our dog and were conveniently located to everything. The house is lovely, perfect for a family of four and a dog. We had everything we needed to make some dishes for our holiday meals. Joe is a great host. I appreciated his quick responses and welcoming emails. He made great suggestions and even let us check in early which is always nice. We highly recommend!

First time staying at an airbnb and our experience was great! Host was friendly and responsive. Place was very clean. We had no issues with the neighborhood. Area was quiet and peaceful for our family vacation trip. Would recommend and stay with this host again.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Adam’s place! The house is lovely and clean and was very spacious for us four adults. It was the perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls, as it’s an easy 20-minute drive away.

This is a beautiful home! It didn’t show up in my initial search for a place near Niagara Falls because I had filtered for two bathrooms. When I couldn’t find anything I really liked, I removed that filter—and I’m so glad I did! I instantly fell in love with this property. It’s such a lovely home that deserves not to be missed. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, safe, and very convenient—about a 30-minute drive to the falls. The home itself is updated and thoughtfully presented. It was perfect for our group of four. The host’s attention to detail made our stay extra comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!

We picked this airbnb mostly for location because our sister lives in the area and we needed a place for 3 families to gather while not at her house. We absolutely loved the basement, the games, big tv, etc. there was stuff for all to do during our down time. The best part though was the comfortable beds, in my humble opinion the beds make or break an airbnb experience. We get alot of these throughout the year, and a good quality bed is amazing, which this place had for each room. Overall great experience, would 100% rent this again, thanks!

I had a great stay here! The host was incredibly communicative and upfront from the beginning, especially about the ongoing construction nearby—which really wasn’t bothersome at all. The space itself is clean, stylish, and well located. The only thing that kept it from being a perfect stay was the lack of essentials toiletries like shampoo conditioner which would have made the visit a bit more convenient. But aside from that, everything else was great and well thought out. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Such a wonderful stay with my family. The house is located in an amazing area. Beautiful parks, walkable restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. The host was extremely communicative, available for any questions and quick to respond.

This is an awesome place to stay. I really loved all the nice touches, the beautiful kitchen, the comfortable bed, the charming bathroom. It was very easy to find, the building it's self is lovely. The stairs are a little bit of a challenge (for me), but when I wasn't carrying luggage they were no issue at all. (I'm not young). I would love to stay at Ezra's again next year.

We just finished a wonderful stay. The house was lovely - it had all the amenities mentioned and was nicely appointed. The living space is large and comfortable with cozy couches and a big dining table. Everything worked well and was clean and organized. I was especially grateful to Sabira for checking in on us on our arrival day - they even offered to turn the lights on since our flight got in late. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone in the area, and we hope to stay again during our annual spring visit to Cheektowaga.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, plenty of room for us to spread out or enjoy being together. The kitchen was well outfitted. There were lots of Staples and other items available. All in all was a great stay. We’ll definitely go back if we ever visit the area again.

This house felt like home and is in a great neighborhood. House has tons of character and space to accommodate our large group (and kiddo!). Wish the upstairs bathroom had a shower and not just a bath but regardless, I would definitely stay here again!

This house was exactly what we were wanting! A nice neighborhood within easy walking distance to numerous restaurant options and pretty much halfway between Bills stadium and Niagara Falls!

We really enjoyed our stay at Liz’s place. You can tell they really care about your stay and the house overall. We arrived early and the host was inspecting the property. When a host goes above and beyond like that it’s impressive. The house is in a great location and easy drive to all the local places. We highly recommended this house and it is just as adorable as the pictures.
