Great spot to stay! Loved the vintage building with modern updates. The beds were especially comfortable. The location was also perfect for everything we wanted to do.

My son was attending a football camp at University of Buffalo and these accommodations were just what we needed. The proximity to the college was very convenient for our schedule. The property is also close to many shops and restaurants. About a 25 min drive to Goat Island, which was a spectacular place to view Niagara Falls. The accommodations were just as described. It was clean and very quiet given the close proximity to a major road.

Charming Buffalo neighborhood with food and drinks close by. We took a lovely evening stroll to town on our last night. The whole stay was comfortable and definitely recommendable.

We stayed at Greg’s place for 9 nights and it was perfect for our needs. It’s located quite centrally in Buffalo but a car is good to have if you want to go out and about. The driveway is shared with the downstairs apartment but there is street parking. Make sure you check the parking rules - it changes during the week. We didn’t and ended up with a $40 fine - our own fault. The apartment is spacious and comfy enough for a few nights.

Ron was a lovely host - he met us right when we arrived for good convo and recs. Space is super convenient for everything to do in Buffalo. Great stay!

This establishment went above and beyond our expectations. It was clean, organized and all directions on how to enter the unit and procedures were clearly communicated. Will definitely stay there again.

Such a wonderful stay and will be coming back if ever visiting Buffalo again. The space was very clean, pretty spacious with natural sunlight. Cristians was super kind, had great response time when questions arose. The coffee bar was cute and she was so thoughtful with the small personal touches added. Would highly recommend :)

Great place in the heart of North Buffalo. Perfect for a single or couple traveling or in town for work.

A nice, comfortable and accessable place to stay! Restaurants and shopping are close and even walkable to some locations. I was on a work trip, but Niagra Falls State Park was only 20 minutes away and this location is walkable to Niagra River. I would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was exactly as described online, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Noor was wonderful and very responsive, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to the local attractions we were visiting, including Niagara Falls and Highmark Stadium. Highly recommend!

This is our second stay at Leah’s, and it won’t be our last! We love everything about it, from the perfect location in the heart of Williamsville village (but on a peaceful street!), to easy side entrance, and charming interior decor. We appreciate the updated and well-appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture (including beds!), and the spotless condition. Plus Leah is incredibly responsive. 5 out of 5 stars!

This was a lovely place to stay in a nice and clean neighbourhood. We felt at home. Comfortable living room space, nice and clean! The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is a large space (good for our dancers getting ready for a competition). It was just a few minutes' drive to the falls and the convention centre where we were competing this weekend. Close to shops, easy kitchen to cook in, thanks for a great 2 nights away in the USA, Todd!

I just got back from one night at Isabelle’s place and OMG I wish we could have stayed another night or two. Isabelle has carefully thought out the interior design of her place so well and has really made great use out of the available space. The kitchen is beautiful, backyard is AMAZING (hot tab is fabulous btw) and the backyard really does make you feel right at home. The king bed in the basement allowed me to have the best sleep I’ve had in ages and I will now be purchasing the exact mattress and bedding set for my personal bed. Isabelle’s communication is amazing and she is so responsive! This place is within walking distance to pretty much everything downtown which allowed for a great trip! We are already looking at returning again in a couple months! ☺️

Abbie was the best, the place was a cute 2 person hm and has everything u need. I would most definitely stay there again if I spend the weekend in Niagara Falls. 👍🏼👍🏼

Jarmilla and her husband were very friendly and helpful. I had a question during my stay and they responded quickly with help. Quiet neighborhood but so close to the falls and night life of the falls.

I've stayed at numerous Airbnb locations but Denise ranks up there with the best. She is very caring and on top of her game. With amenities you wouldn't think would be available to the cozy decor that felt like home. Anytime, we had any questions she was right there to hold out hands. If I'm ever back in area I'll be reaching out for any future stays. Great job Denise. Keep up the awesome work.

The property was clean, and it was a well designed space that was as described. Justin and Abbey were very friendly and responsive. The check-in process was easy. Abbey’s cookies were a great touch and the hot tub was a greatly appreciated bonus, as my wife and I were trying out for the National Dragon Boat team at the nearby Welland Flatwater Centre, and it was like a bonus spa therapy.
