We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. Grab some Mexican food on Main Street in the evening or devour the Mothman pizza at Village. We are a slow down kind of town. Don’t forget to enjoy the evening deer in the back field.

There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

There are festivals and events during the whole year like the Point Pleasant river regatta and the Bob Evans farm festival the Mothman fest and river boat tours https://bbriverboats.com This cottage offers a front row seat for the fireworks over the river 4th of July and Labor Day weekend.
