Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Great hosts!! Really friendly, responsive and caring! I booked this for family visiting Nottingham for the first time and I’m glad we did! My family felt right at home and were delighted with their stay! They were very comfortable staying in this private annex and really liked the homely touches and warm welcome they received from the hosts. They said they would love to stay here again :)

On our first visit to the area and first use of airbnb we chose to stay at The Bulls Head Hartshorne enticed by the price, photographs and reviews. The pub was easy to find with ample parking. We were greeted by David who couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay, assisting in the arrangement of taxis to and from a local gastro tapas bar. We had a fabulous lunch before returning to the pub to then have an equally fabulous evening meal. Beccy, the host, greeted us and engaged with us in a lengthy chat about mutual interests that added to the overall enjoyment of our short stay. Both she and David (who works for Beccy) provided a warm and welcoming experience so often lacking in larger B&B/guest house establishments. The room was exactly as described allowing for a restful nights sleep before a huge full English breakfast to set us up for our journey home. We will definitely be returning.

Sue & Pete were really great, answering questions promptly and being flexible so we could maximise our visit to Glastonbudget. Accommodation was exactly as described and was really clean and had everything needed for a stay. Would recommend and will be back when next in the area.

The room was very comfortable and quiet with a lovely village outlook. It was very convenient for our one night stopover. Rebecca was a friendly host who cooked us a delicious breakfast.

Sharon accommodated us very last minute & made us feel very welcome throughout our 5 day stay. The accommodation is quite small, but the location is really lovely, on the edge of the Peak District. Lots of walks and lovely pubs nearby.

Fabulously homely, supremely cosy, well appointed cottage located in the peaceful Derbyshire village of Parwich. Ideal location for walkers, hikers and like me, cyclists. Spotlessly clean and providing everything you need for your restful stay this is a wonderful base from which to explore the countryside of the Peak District. Alexandra is a wonderful, five star host who communicated quickly and effectively before and during the stay and went out of her way to be extra helpful (picking up some basic shopping I asked for given the shopping options within walking distance of the cottage are very limited). She also provided some additional welcome goodies and was extremely helpful during my stay. With the Sycamore Inn nearby (5 mins walk), which doubles as a small village store, you won't go hungry but book in advance as they are normally fully booked especially at weekends. I'm already plotting a return visit later this year. Highly highly recommended.

Had an amazing stay and the location was great with amazing scenery (It is very close to Mam tor). The cottage is close to Castleton and is a short drive to other towns like Bakewell. The hosts were really friendly and responsive when we needed their help. Winston the cat also loves to come and say hello and he is extremely friendly and cute.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Nook. Rachel was a great host, very helpful and responsive, and the space was just what we needed.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Elaine's property in the lovely village of Eyam. The Granary was spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It is also within easy walking distance of the village pub. We would recommend Elaine's place for anyone wanting a relaxing stay within easy reach of lots to see and do in the surrounding area.

A lovely place to stay, furnished & finished to a high standard, very comfortable. I stayed during a heatwave and Elizabeth provided extra fans to help keep cool. Great outside seating area.

Goatfell Barn is a real treasure of an air bnb. The photos do not do it justice. Easy to find, easy to park. Sally and Martin were so friendly and welcoming and kindly allowed us to lock our bikes in their workshop. Lots of wonderful places to visit, lots of great walks within a short drive and plenty of pubs and restaurants also within a short drive. The barn was so homely, very clean, clear instructions for the tv, shower, oven etc. Very comfy bed and a great, powerful shower. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

This is the second time staying at Claire’s place. It’s honestly lovely and has everything you need. Claire is really helpful. Look forward to staying here again.

We had a fabulous stay at Katie and John’s place. The cottage is extremely well situated in central Bakewell and includes a nice outdoor dog-safe space. The cottage was spotless and beautifully designed and with everything needed for a short stay. Parking on roadside with permit (provided with the cottage). We enjoyed watching the ducklings on the Milford brook down the road, and also enjoyed the fact that the cottage is walking distance to Thornbridge Brewery.

The Little Nook was immaculate! Even better than the photos!! We will definitely be back :)

We've had the loveliest, most comfortable stay at Donna's and couldn't have asked for a better host. We loved all the treats and personal touches throughout the cottage and the helpful instructions and recommendations were amazing. Loved watching the horses and the sunset and also the starry sky from bed or the rear garden and our pup adored the walkies and public footpaths and fields next to the coitage, what a superb, peaceful and safe place. The scenery and wildlife are unreal. Loved being awaken by the sounds of pheasants and bleeting sheep. Wish we could have stayed for a week! Thank you Donna for your lovely hospitality and hard work!

The cottage was lovely! It had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were spotless. Would highly recommend!

This has to to be one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at and wish we had longer. Love to see the horses about and you are close to the stables but no smells or manure to be seen. Karen and Clive were wonderful hosts and always helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will be back!

The area is super peaceful and quiet, the house was easy to find due to the owners simple instructions, and checking in was very simple too. The house is incredible! Very unique and different, the cinema room, mini bar, karaoke and pool table was a great addition, and super fun. Little bluetooth speaker so you can play your own music, which was great for us. There is a little sign featuring plenty of recommendations of places to go, and places to eat, which is very helpful. The shower was lovely and warm, and the bedding was very comfortable The garden area is nice, (easy to use hot tub, tables and chairs, sunbeds). Also gives you a pretty view of the field behind. Both owners are very polite, and quick to respond to any concerns. The only issue we encountered was that the place could be a little bit cleaner; (few cobwebs, dusty in certain places, food in the sink). Other than that it was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re a young couple.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coach House, set in a lovely quiet setting and was situated in a perfect location for the Peak District.

My partner and I have just returned from a very enjoyable week at Netherhall. The accommodation was exactly as described in the listing. Spotlessly clean, bedding and towels of a very high quality. Lots of walks straight from the door. Some previous guests mentioned issues with road noise. I am a very light sleeper, I always pack ear plugs just in case. I had no problems whatsover with traffic noise. Thanks Rachel and Andy for a very comfortable stay.

The hosts was there waiting for us at the gate's with a friendly welcoming and if im honest im not the best at meetings new people straight away, unlike my beautiful who wife who is the social butterfly out of the two of us, but straight away i felt comfortable and relaxed especially with lynda 😊 and stuart is just like me tells you what's the important things are and let's you get on with the rest no fuss perfect. Now to The cabin WOW, there's so much i could say but i would be here all day it was perfect especially for me personally, ive got 2 jobs and 3 kids ages 1-5-6 which I love to bits but this was 100% perfect for me and my wife to be together alone and relax its just right every little detail is there for us to feel like were on our first dates again and make each other happy. Thank you for a perfect break we will definitely come again .no kids lol
