This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Two blocks off Interstate 40. Close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and Hodge town baseball. This cottage is next to our home with a small park across the street. Located in the Historic Bivins neighborhood. First bedroom has a twin xl bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. * no pets allowed *no smoking inside or outside while on property. *no illegal substances *no parties *quite after 10:30pm

Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway for two in our brand new bungalow. The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath, full kitchen with all appliances, including a washer and dryer, and a private fenced yard with patio. A city park, across the street, has tennis and pickleball courts, a kids playground and splash pad.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place. It is a quaint space. It was built in the 1930s as a home/convenient store. Prior to Airbnb it was an art gallery. All the art is for sale and changes frequently. It is a 4 block walk to downtown with 30 restaurants, a 7 block walk to Hodge Town Ball Park and the Civic Center. Conveniently located to I-27 and I-40. There is a large fenced area behind the Airbnb for dog lovers! It is self-check-in any time you get here. No cleaning/pet fees.

Lovingly upgraded, 1945 home; 2BR, full bath, centrally-located in historic area. Named because Amarillo is 1/2 way between Chicago & LA on famous US 66. Private, fenced-in yard for your pet and a covered patio for you. 5 minutes to downtown ballpark. Restaurants, shops, & grocery-5 min. drive. Austin Park with play ground three blocks walk. Close to Palo Duro Canyon State Park, Big Texan Steakhouse, Starlight Ranch Event Center, Botanical Garden. Free, off street parking in front.
