We had a wonderful stay in Florida! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a nice location. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication easy. I especially loved enjoying peaceful mornings on the patio before going to the beach. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

It was very enjoyable, the house was clean and ready for us. The deck space was amazing fornus to all get together and enjoy the nice wind coming straight off the water. The master bed was so comfortable that it was a hard choice every morning, either walk stright down to the beach or stay in that lovely bed. I definitely plan to be staying here again.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience!

Perfect getaway. 30A can be hectic. At this location we were a few steps from the beach, and easy access to all the area has to offer. We often moved around by bikes and there are many restaurants and shops you can easily access. We could walk to inlet beach in just a few minutes. The house was spacious and it was nice to sit and relax in the porch or in the backyard by the fire

We loved staying here! Such a lovely home w great furnishings and decor. Everything was clean, new & updated. Kitchen fully stocked, bath & laundry too, w all the toiletries & detergents, paper towels and TP. Back area was nicely fenced in and we loved the hot tub that we used every day! The pool was a 2 min walk away and was clean and nicely kept. We rode our bikes to Rosemary beach daily and our boys loved the golf cart ride to 30 Ave and the beach. Kelly was a great host, super responsive and kind. We will absolutely be back. Great experience!

What a great stay! Ali was always so quick to respond to any of my questions and was so helpful and accommodating! The house setup was fantastic for the group we took and the amenities provided such as beach chairs, beach towels, toiletry items, etc. made packing much lighter than our normal beach trips! 💯 positive experience!

We and our pups thoroughly enjoyed staying at Dodie’s beach house. We look forward to visiting again in the future! The hot tub was an added bonus on those long days walking around the shops, and conservation park.

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house had all the essentials we needed, which made traveling with a baby so much easier and stress-free. It was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked. One of the best parts was the location—a quick, scenic 5-minute bike ride brought us to the stunning Rosemary Beach. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful views made this trip truly memorable. The hosts were also fantastic—quick to respond and easily accommodated my requests. I would absolutely stay here again!

We came to this rental home with 3 kids to experience the beach for the first time. The home was so beautiful inside and out, and the perfect set up for our family. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time there and was a close drive to the beach with all of the gear we needed to spend the day playing by the ocean. It was a great and convenient home base to explore all of 30A and Panama City Beach area. We loved the rental, the whole neighborhood, and our stay, and we can’t wait to come back. The condo was wonderful - very spacious and I was shocked at how quiet it was even being above the pool! It was truly an incredible vacation and the hosts made it so easy to communicate. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked - we made a few meals for our kids and were blown away by all the kitchen utensils available! The beach equipment provided was also such a huge win - truly loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!

The house was so beautiful I love everything about it everyone was able to sleep comfortably the pool was so nice and very clean it had all of the beach necessities you could need.

Grant is an amazing host! Very responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The only issue was that every bed had noticeable stains on the sheets, there were no top sheets and one bed had no fitted sheet or top sheet. Very strange but we managed to find top sheets in the laundry room and solved the problem.

We were thrilled with our stay at Playa De Bonita! The home was a perfect size for me, my husband, our infant son, and dog. Ashley and her team thought of all the small details that make a stay memorable and easy. The home was also exceptionally clean - even the white couch had almost no signs of use! We loved the Deer Lake State Park beach - so beautiful! Definitely best to drive or take the golf cart, especially with the long boardwalk. The Big Chill isn’t our favorite spot, but it was convenient for a quick bite to eat when we didn’t want to drive elsewhere along 30A. Overall one of my favorite Airbnb stays to date! Great location, beautiful home, and amazing host!

We had a great time at Vitamin Sea. We loved the house it fit 8 of us perfectly. Our kids had a great time on Dory and loved the pool. We also enjoyed spending time at the Big Chill. We would definitely recommend Vitamin Sea to other friends and family visiting 30A.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is walkable to public beach access - which was never too busy or packed. It is also close to seaside and easy to pop over for dinner etc. The house itself is in a little community with other similar houses. It was always quiet and peaceful. Inside the house was a cute and simple layout with a very comfy bed. Best of all, Chris responded to any questions or requests we had within a matter of minutes! We had a great time.

We had a great stay in 30A. The location is excellent, right next to the beach with public access just steps away. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing visit. The home was well stocked with essentials like towels, a full propane tank, and working appliances. The golf cart was filled with gas and runs up to 25 MPH. The bikes looked good and were appreciated. Beds were soft, bathrooms were clean, and the provided amenities were thoughtful. A few small things to keep in mind. The spiral stairs to the second floor were a bit tricky to navigate, so we had to watch our footing. Some of the doorknobs were stiff, possibly from rust. Water in the bathrooms drained slowly at times. If you are bringing pets, note that the grass has some thorns. Overall, a solid place to stay with a great location. We will definitely book with 30A beach girls again!

My daughter and i had a wonderful time! She has never seen the Gulf. We live on the Atlantic side north of St Augustine. She enjoyed swimming in the big salt water lake of the gulf side. Amazing restaurants and food with great shopping too! Awesome visit! Jeanette

Carillon Beach is truly a gem. We loved our stay. This space was perfect for just my husband and I. Would have felt pretty cramped if we had a child with us. I read on a previous review not to bring too much stuff & that was great advice. The home was accurate to the photos, clean & great view from balcony. We enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings with coffee.

The house was amazing. We loved every minute of it and it had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and had a great grocery store at the end of the road very close to an awesome donut place as well. Our host communicated perfectly, and if there were any issues, she was there to help. The neighborhood is up and coming and can’t wait to see what it’s gonna look like in the next six months to a year. Beautiful house would stay again.

We loved the beach access this home provided for our stay. Nice patio that was perfect for our family of four and our dog to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. The beach is not dog friendly but we were able to take him on walks around the neighborhood across the street. Each bedroom having access to its own bathroom was a huge plus and we loved hanging out in the family room together watching movies in the evenings. The kitchen had enough supplies for the cooking we did. We would definitely stay here again.

This location was fantastic for our two families. It’s a super walkable location to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The pool is so close but also a safe distance away when staying with small children. The beach is very walkable but we found the tram to be really handy when carrying all the beach toys.
