We had a fantastic stay! The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and very walkable, with great cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. It’s also conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Eduardo was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for great sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was a great bonus. Overall, a great experience, and we’d happily stay here again!

This apartment has a strategic location for any event in the WTC CDMX There are restaurants of all kinds a few blocks from the apartment. In short, I would rent it again if it were available for any future event I have in the area.

Lucy’s place is really beautiful and is mostly quiet. It’s in a large complex with other apartments so the walls are a little thin but everyone went to bed at a respectful hour. The security guards were very kind and helpful and it’s a good element to have 24/7 security. The shower didn’t have any soap - just shampoo and conditioner but those were very nice products. I only stayed for one night and Lucy was very accommodating and friendly with a late booking. I think this apartment would be must worth it for more than one night (as many are likely) because of the costs associated with cleaning. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and would stay again. The place is very conveniently located, close to many things and very easy to access. In addition, we feel safe because it is a closed street with security at the entrance and also inside the building. It has one parking space for easy access and close to the elevator. The apartment is just what is described, very spacious, with lots of light and was very clean. The best part was Anton and Gaby's service. They were always attentive, we had excellent communication and were incredibly kind. We definitely come back.

Roberto’s penthouse far surpassed expectations! So nice to be in an airbnb that is actually someone’s home. So chic - details galore - beautifully curated space with an incredible collection of fashion and design books , gorgeous objects and all the modern amenities. Way bigger than expected - extremely comfortable for us 2 and our little dog. great bed - full kitchen - gorgeous views above the trees and so peaceful and quiet which is rare in this city. Roberto and staff were very attentive and professional. I cant wait to be back in this beautiful home!!

From the first moment we arrived we found a perfectly equipped and very clean place, we always felt at home. Juan Manuel was attentive and was very attentive at all times. It gave us the possibility of late check-out so as not to carry our luggage before our flight, for which we are very grateful. Of all the Airbnbs I booked, this one stays on the podium we will 🙂 definitely come back

The accommodation is ideally located, close to virtually everything and has everything you need to stay every day you want. The arrival is very comfortable and the host is always available for any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on, and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it was something continuous, is that next to the building is the tolerance museum and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.

On my last visits to the Df, I choose to stay in this apartment and everything is always excellent. Highly recommended

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

We stayed because of a medical emergency, and we were able to do it the same day we booked. We always got quick and friendly responses to certain requests. The set is very clear in its regulations, which facilitates coexistence in general. Despite being a building with many apartments, we made use of the pool without a problem. Having the shopping center in front facilitates a lot of things. It's a ten out of ten.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!
