Increíble alojamiento, la ubicación está perfecta para conectar con facilidad a cualquier punto de la ciudad. El departamento está padrísimo, amplio y a nuestra llegada estaba impecable! Por parte de José la atención es bastante eficiente! Definitivamente volveré en mi próximo viaje de trabajo!

This beautiful space is located in a space which doesn't feel like the city! it's like living in some resort but with all amenities and access to city life! The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly.

El alojamiento y el personal estuvieron excelentes. Todos te atienden de manera eficaz y amable. La ubicación es excelente si vas a la UNAM. Hay lugares para comer muy cerca. Además el alojamiento es seguro y el departamento es hermoso.

El alojamiento corresponde fielmente con la descripción proporcionada, cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia prolongada, es amplio y confortable. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue ágil y efectiva, lo que permitió resolver oportunamente todas nuestras dudas. ¡Sin duda, consideraríamos volver en una próxima ocasión! Como observación para futuros huéspedes, es importante tener en cuenta que, al estar ubicado junto a una carretera y en uno de los pisos altos, puede percibirse cierto nivel de ruido y la temperatura en el interior puede resultar algo elevada en determinados momentos del día.

Todo estuvo perfecto, excepto por la regadera, la cual tuvimos que estar manipulando para tener agua caliente, ya que solo duraba aproximadamente 30 segundos. Lo que hicimos fue abrir y cerrar la llave constantemente para que volviera a salir caliente. Si la regadera no representa un inconveniente, todo lo demás está en perfecto estado, y las áreas comunes son muy útiles :) Rubi es una host muy atenta y amable. Pensé que había olvidado mis AirPods y tuvo toda la disposición para ayudarme.

Angel es un gran anfitrión dispuesto a ayudar y solucionar cualquier problema. Muy cordial y atento. El departamento lindo, moderno y bien aprovechado. Edificio seguro. Afuera es más complicado estacionarse por la noche.

El lugar tiene todo, muy limpio y ordenado! Rodrigo siempre disponible y empatico a mis necesidades, sin duda, recomendado!

This is a great location, in the center of Coyoacan, just steps away to the artisanal market, which is around the corner, the coyote's fountain, and many restaurants, stores, churches and museums. Santiago runs a gem in the heart of Coyoacan: clean, neat, well furnished, and you can walk to many places within few minutes. This is a safe place nestled in a safe neighborhood, for anyone who wishes to visit Mexico City. Don't miss the many restaurants in the area: from the humble to the fancy , for they can titillate your taste buds in various ways.

El lugar está super lindo, muy acogedor y limpio. Es la segunda ves q nos alojamos ahí, excelente atencion del anfitrion. sin duda volveriamos a hospedarnos ahí. recomendaría mejorar los ventiladores (menos ruidoso) ò seria ideal considere instalar aire acondicionado. gracias !

El departamento esta muy bien. Los electrodomésticos son nuevos. Las camas muy cómodas. Sitio silencioso y muy seguro. Nuestra anfitriona se porto espectacular con nosotros, siempre pendiente. Si volvemos repetiré sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias por todo.

Recomendamos ampliamente el alojamiento, es un departamento muy cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario, además de ser agradable. Nos gustó mucho y nos sentimos muy agusto durante nuestra estancia; sin duda alguna regresaríamos :)

El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado para explorar Coyoacán, y la propiedad en sí es aún mejor que lo que se muestra en las fotos. Los anfitriones no solamente fueron súper atentos durante toda la estadía, sino proactivos y con atención personal. Regresaría sin problemas a la propiedad y la recomiendo ampliamente.

My stay was amazing! The host was so helpful and super quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. My mom and I loved its location since it was safe and places were walkable. The apartment itself was secure and beautiful!

We stayed in four different Airbnbs while in Mexico City and I think Rafael’s was my favorite. It felt most like home! From the moment we arrived, Rafael greeted us to show us around and then went out to provide us with a large jug of water, fresh fruit and juices, and a treat for the kids. He truly went above and beyond. The apartment is close to great restaurants and coffee shops. I loved that the building was secure and the amenities provided were great. Plenty of extra blankets, a fully stocked kitchen and fans which were very appreciated during the hot month of May. We also extended our stay two separate times and Rafael and Gabriel were super accommodating. Highly recommend this Airbnb and host! Would happily book again.

La Excelencia en el Servicio por parte de Carlos, Atento a cada detalle, me sentí en casa y como si estuviera hablando con un viejo amigo. Encontrar este nivel de SERVICIO fue más que bueno . Muy Agustí lugar y buena ubicación

Me encantó mi estancia con Capitalia. El departamento es hermoso, mas bonito que en las fotos, todo estaba en perfectas condiciones, limpio y seguro. El encargado de seguridad super amable. La mejor ubicación, frente a muchos restaurantes y Antara a 5 minutos caminando. 100% recomiendo, cuando vuelva a cdmx me encantaría volver a hospedarme con Capitalia.

It is a lovely apartment in a very central location where you can walk to many site seeing places. What I liked the most it’s that the monument is in front and at night the view is amazing. I would recommend staying here.

Location, location, location!!! I specifically chose to stay in Coyoacán because I was in town for Frida Kahlo. I wanted to be as close as possible to her Blue House Museum, her park, the huge market, plenty of vegan restaurants and bakeries (since I was also celebrating my birthday) as well as several of the other museums all within 10 minutes walking in any direction. I was very happy with how residential and quiet the neighborhood is. If you go during the rainy season (there was light rain and wonderful thunder each evening typically between 5p-7p) expect the electricity to go out. I really enjoyed the decor in the apartment because it made me happy to see all of the colors as well as traditional Mexican art, a beautiful Alebrijes peacock as well as the framed photographs on the walls. Made it very authentic. Everything one could possibly need was available. Loved enjoying my tea every morning on the balcony with such gorgeous bougainvillea flowers. You won’t be disappointed!

Todo excelente. El lugar estaba limpio, bien ubicado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Muy buena experiencia. Recomendado.
