A really great home away from home. We had a really comfortable stay and thought the house was really clean on arrival. Great place for a weekend away.

Beautifully appointed and spacious home on an excellent property. All the amenities you would require on holiday. Perfect if you want to explore the area. The host’s communication was excellent. We would go back any time.

We had such a fabulous stay. The cottage is well appointed and thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It’s a very cool and cheery interior. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was seriously amazing. Josh was really responsive to messages and so thoughtful. The generous touches with some provisions in the kitchen and even treats for our dog were greatly appreciated. The cottage is close to transport and close to the city. So many great cafes nearby. Great central location to explore Melbourne. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely air bnb. Justin was great with communicating and letting us extend our check out time by a couple of hours. Location was good but loud when going to sleep on weekends people walking past. Construction was happening next door which we weren’t made aware of so was loud! Workers throwing bricks and tools around.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a beautiful and characterful home set in nature. Lots of lovely walks nearby and great coffee shops in town.

We had a great time at Eva’s and enjoyed sitting by the fire place and relaxing. It was very close to the tram line which made a trip into the city very easy and fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay.

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

What a peaceful and beautiful stay! We felt right at home at the George and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and birds singing in the garden. The house is very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Sandringham is a lovely neighbourhood with a nice beach and just a 30 min train ride into the city. Shari was very kind and helpful.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Great stay, great spot, great apartment. Very responsive and helpful host. Easy walk to Southbank restaurants, large Woolworths just a couple of minutes walk away to stock up on supplies. terrific views from the apartment. Would certainly stay there again.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Spent a beautiful girls weekend at Mitch’s Airbnb. Loved the atmosphere of the house, the lighting fixtures are gorgeous. Cozy and comfortable. Very clean upon arrival. Loved the big bath! Would certainly stay again and highly recommend!

Perfect location for a little getaway!! Nice and close to plenty of public transport options to get into the city. The apartment was spotless and well presented. Will definitely stay there again!!

Absolutely blown away! Nicole’s place in East Melbourne is everything you need and more. We were just blown away. The view is BREATHTAKING! No matter where you are in the apartment, your photos will look stunning. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need. She’s thought of everything - from decorations and a gift to make us feel welcome, to little things that are often missing from airbnbs like a stocked ice tray, blow dryer, salt and pepper haha. The apartment is directly outside a train line, 5 mins into the city, or you can go 5 mins in the other direction and you’re in the heart of Richmond. It’s walking distance to shops, restaurants and nature. Not to mention it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. It was everything we’d wanted and so much more. We can’t wait to come back!

Great for kids, lots of kids toys, huge house, it just seemed to go on and on 😊 lots of bathrooms. Lots of toilets, separate living areas. The view is fantastic marsh, birds, lovely and warm. Well stocked and fitted out. Close to town.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly what we needed. We loved the tranquil calm of the garden. We loved the closeness to the restaurants and cafes and it was perfectly quiet at night. We will be back in future.

The whole process from check in to check out was easy and seamless with clear instructions. It's a fantastic apartment in Caroline Springs and everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment was cosy, very spacious and has an immaculate kitchen and bathroom. Nice outlook from the large balcony and the pinball machine and soccer foosball table were great fun. Great place to stay...
