Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Alto Alentejo

it was a great weekend. The house is located in the heart of a small vineyard, it guarantees you complete privacy and a magnificent view of Lisbon. the heated pool will allow you to spend a perfect romantic evening🤗 Carlota will help you solve all the questions that arise and even a little more, it was very nice to meet her. we will definitely come back

Vielen Dank nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt. Es wurde echt auf jedes Detail geachtet. Der warme Pool war echt klasse. Falls wir einmal wieder in der Gegend sind können wir gerne wieder.

A peaceful, rural location. The comfortable king size bed gave us our best few nights' sleep for months. We'd prearranged for a supply of groceries and paid them on our arrival. With a good stock of food and drink we could stay local and take advantage of exploring Ruth & Graham's vast expanse of fields with fig and olive trees and rambled through their wood down to the river. The facilities inside the barn/cottage are faultless, we had good internet connection and my husband was able to fulfill his work commitments and conduct a video conference. The bathroom/shower was spotless with strong water pressure so that just a gentle turn of the tap gave us perfect showers. Every aspect of what a visitor might need has been well thought through and provided. We took gentle strolls along tracks near the neighbouring tree plantations where the smell of eucalyptus was cleansing. I enjoyed their spring flowers and flocks of birds. I baked a cake and shared it with our hosts. Will rebook soon.

Beautiful clean house and pool, comfy beds and really spacious house. We were greeted by Pereira’s father who gave us a tour and was very friendly and helpful - we enjoyed the wine he gifed us too! Would recommend a car to stay here.

A "Casa do Tio " é muito acolhedora, com tudo o que é necessário a uma estadia no meio da natureza, sem ser preciso andar de carro. Fomos com duas crianças que adoraram a piscina e explorar o campo, e tivemos a oportunidade de aproveitar o bom tempo e fazer um churrasco na cozinha exterior, brindados pelo por-do-sol. À noite, tivemos direito a um espectáculo de pirilampos. A Catarina foi sempre muito atenciosa, disponibilizando as comodidades para o bebé. Tivemos também direito a "miminhos" na nossa chegada. Recomendamos vivamente este espaço, para quem procura um lugar calmo, bonito, moderno, e em plena harmonia com a natureza.

We enjoyed staying at this house.The decor is beautiful—stylish but still super cozy—and you can tell a lot of thought was put into how the space is set up. The beds were comfy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor area. Having both a barbecue and a fire pit made it perfect for spending evenings outside, grilling food, chatting, and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the utensils and tools we needed, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better,just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Comporta, and close to amazing restaurants. Guillerme was a fantastic host. He gave us super clear instructions before check-in, shared great local recommendations, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was always quick to reply if we had any questions, which made the experience even better.

We loved our stay at Ricardo's home and the overall experience. He was always responsive and gave clear instructions for checking in and getting to the home via different transport methods. The home itself is perfect for couples or small families, and especially well thought-out for children. The panda in the crib was a lovely touch that our son loved! Belem is a great area to stay in, too. Lots of lovely parks, beautiful buildings and places to explore.

A estadia foi curta mas vale muito a pena. A casa é muito bonita e bem decorada. A Amélia é uma excelente anfitriões. Tratou-nos lindamente e com miminhos muito simpáticos . A gata Suri foi uma agradável surpresa. O sítio é lindo, perfeito para quem quer descansar. Uma estadia a repetir. Obrigada Amélia por tudo!

Claire and James are the definition of perfect hosts. Extremely helpful, nice and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. It is a very nice living space, complete with all necessary amenities, plus hot showers, an extra large bed and a well-equipped kitchen - and the wall mounted smart TV was most welcome! This was our favourite place we have stayed. Our dog's too!

Maja was a great host. The apartment was super cute and full of character. Inserted in a lovely, nature loving community. Definitely a local gem. Great place to go with the family… and the breakfast was just superb. 👌

Todo perfecto. Estuvimos alojados cinco noches con nuestro hijo de tres años y nos sentimos como en casa, además él disfrutó un montón de la compañía de los animales: perros, gatos, caballos y gallinas. Åse y Lars fueron muy amables y estuvieron pendientes de nuestras necesidades en todo momento. El alojamiento se encuentra muy bien situado, en medio de la naturaleza, pero lo suficiente cerca de algunas playas y lugares de interés como Alcobaça, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha... Una experiencia inolvidable que nos gustaría repetir.

Paula doet er echt alles aan om het je zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Wat een lieve, aardige vrouw en wat een fijn huis is het. We waren er in een nogal natte periode en in huis was het koud. Maar er was genoeg hout voor de kachel en ze kwam ons nog electrische kacheltjes brengen voor in de slaapkamers. We kwamen ook pas om 00:30 aan 's nachts en dat hadden we gecommuniceerd dus waren er verse eitjes en broodjes in huis voor in de ochtend want het dorpje lag nogal afgelegen (wat juist voor de rust heerlijk is). Maar we leerden ook dat er een bakker 's nachts langs kwam en dat je een tasje met een briefje erin kon doen en dat had je 's ochtends vers brood! Ik kan nog zoveel vertellen maar je moet het zelf maar gaan ervaren. Hoe dan ook: Paula is een topper!!

I recommend staying in this cozy suite behind Anne-Marie's home. It's comfortable, quiet, great wi-fi, big bed, safe parking in front, cable TV. Anne Marie is very welcoming and informative. Great place to stay.

Um fim de semana maravilhoso, acabámos por ficar mais um dia, e valeu totalmente a pena!! A Reka e o James são pessoas maravilhosas, amáveis e gentis. Vamos repetir, sem dúvida! Recomendo a toda a gente que queira descansar e recarregar baterias. É mesmo uma pérola no nosso querido Alentejo 🫶

It was my first time visiting Portugal, and this place was the best place to stay in. I visited my friends, and I can’t even compare their places to mine. It was very nice and clean, very helpful and respectful, responsible and proactive. Beautiful place with nice views and pool, also food was good, and I felt like home. Thanks a lot everyone, especially Armie, who was taking care about all needs.

A beautiful little cottage close to amazing beaches and nature trails. Celia was also very friendly and most accommodating.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf der Country Spot Ranch - die Unterkunft ist klein und einfach, und sehr gemütlich und naturnah. In Porto Covo (7 min mit dem Auto) gibt es tolle Strände, Restaurants und alles was man braucht. Wir waren auch ausreiten und hatten viel Spaß mit den Pferden. Maria hat einen ganz besonderen Ort aufgebaut ☺️

Highly recommend Filipe’s Airbnb! Situated just outside of Ericeira and easy to get there via car, taxi and I think there’s also a bus. The Airbnb is just a short walk down to the beach where there’s a small bar and cafe. Also it has a surf school which is much less busy than the ones in Ericeira. The house itself is just a perfect place to relax, there is loads of space outside the house to sunbath or sit out for dinner. Filipe is a brilliant host, he helped us with everything we needed and let us know the area and things to do. He also has two amazing dogs that love some fuss. Overall we couldn’t recommend Filipe and his Airbnb enough. If we’re ever in the area again we’ll definitely stay again.

Zeer rustig gelegen en supernette accommodatie. Alles zoals beschreven in de advertentie en te zien op de foto's. Dora was zeer vriendelijk en reageerde supersnel. Enig minpuntje vonden we de vele beveiligingscamera's. Beveiliging is zeker nodig maar gelijk waar we ook buiten zaten, zaten we in het camera zicht. Niettemin hadden we een geweldig verblijf en zouden we nog terugkomen!

Lucíla, Armando, and their family were the absolute best of hosts and gave us an amazing experience on their vineyard. As many previous guests have noted, their hospitality is top notch and generous; we received ample amounts of their homegrown and made wine along with other treats. We got to know the family a little over drinks and they gave us great recommendations for food in the area and in surrounding towns. The amenities were perfect; air conditioned, quiet, so clean, and with stunning views in the morning. Lucíla was also so kind as to give us a short ride to Gradil due to Ubers/Bolts falling through. Could not imagine a better experience. Do not hesitate to book when you’re in town!
