Holiday rentals with beach access in Altea

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Great location and super accommodation for two people. Right in the middle of everything. No issues with noise as everything closes between 11 and midnight.

Nacho as a host has been a 10. Friendly, approachable and at all times has clarified all doubts with great kindness. The house: Very clean, tidy and complete for a good stay. The place is amazing, it looks like a postcard. We'll be back for sure. Thank you so much for everything.

How fortunate I was to stay in the house of Gracia. What an amazing place!, Gracia gave all the clear instructions in advance, and tips for the area. Really very clear. I can't say otherwise that this place has won my heart. The location is great and excellent!. You walk from the apartment onto the quiet beach with a great view. The view from the balcony is also wonderful. The house had exactly the atmosphere I love so much. Light, neat and clean and the total beach feeling. The connection with the sea is unmistakable and very tangible. What a wonderful house with all the necessities you need. I have fallen in love with the house, the location and the beauty that Altea and its surroundings have to offer. Thank you Gracia for experiencing the peace and all the beauty! After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Lovely little apartment right in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find with very clear instructions. I loved being in the centre but if you want piece and quiet might not be for you.
