Holiday rentals with a patio in Altamonte Springs

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

This place was outstanding. I loved the community and all it had to offer. The community is quiet and the people are super nice. The pool area made you feel like you were at the pool of someone rich. It had a grilling area, with mini fridges, flat screen tv’s, bar area, pool table, racket ball area and plenty of pool side chairs, with a nice fitness room. Everyone who lives in the community has open access to this area. There’s a 7-11 within walking distance. The apartment had a screened in patio area, which I fell in love with. The bathroom was large enough for multiple people to move around. Bedroom was nice and cozy, with the most comfortable bed. I loved it had a full size washer and dryer with detergent provided by the host ♥️. The living room sofa was also cozy to the point we didn’t mind sleeping in there also, it was a hard choice lol. Loved the kitchen with the bar stools. All the appliances were easy to use. What can I say, I loved this whole place.

This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

The host responded really quick to any questions. It was quiet and nice . The beds were so soft and comfy. I definitely will be back...

Amazing place to stay definitely would book again , spotless house , extremely responsive hosts. Only came for a day or two but still had a lot of fun in the area. 10\10 would recommend anytime again.

This place was an absolute delight to stay in. The bed was nice, plenty of sitting space. The Bathroom was well maintained as well. We were unable to use the hammock as it was dirty and had a few rips, but outside of that, the outside area was super cute. Definitely nice for a little couples getaway. There are a bunch of amazing places to eat in the area as well. 100% recommended.

This is our second time there We enjoyed staying there . Paul is just a phone call away and very quick respond . When we look to stay in the area the blue bungalow is the place to stay

Kayla’s place was great! So well decorated, cozy comfortable furniture and bedding, and a real modern feel. Every detail was clearly thought through. Kayla was friendly and responsive and the whole process was easy. Mt. Dora was a quaint town that matched the vibe of Kayla’s place. There are so many boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, all within a short walking distance. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and explore more so we’ll have to come back.

The house was a great space for two families meeting up for vacation. We did universal studios and the beach. The house was an easy drive to both. The neighborhood felt safe, but slightly run down. The house was clean and kitchen decently stocked. We booked it because it was close to a natural springs but were bummed to find out you have to reserve a spot for it. When we went to it was already booked up. A few things that’s would’ve been nice. Hopefully the guest can add, but if they don’t you might want to bring- Another pot holder (there is only 1), salt and pepper, hand soap to wash hands, black wash rags for make up in the bathrooms. We got a message after check in that we’d be charged extra if there was make up left on the towels. Understandable but then providing a few black wash cloths would be nice or sending that message earlier so my friend and I would’ve known to pack one.

What a lovely home this is. Very thoughtfully done and beautiful setting. Our contact person Gabriel was very very responsive. There were three couples staying here together and there was plenty of room to enjoy visiting or alone time.

Booked the house for the heated pool, backyard, open kitchen and bright dining area overlooking the backyard... we were not disappointed. The pictures definitely represent the house. The heated pool was adjusted to just the right temp; the backyard was open, spacious and private; the kitchen had updated appliances with an open floor plan and plenty of countertop space; and the bright dining area off the kitchen overlooking the backyard had large clean windows. While the house was larger than our needs in terms of occupancy, the things we wanted and enjoyed were worth the upgrade. Laura was also very responsive to any questions we asked or concerns we had.

We had a great stay! There were instructions all around on how to work things, where lights were, etc. we really enjoyed the pool/hot tub! very good stay!

We couldn’t ask for a more perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Orlando with our extended family. The house is so welcoming and all the beds were clean and comfortable. We will absolutely be back because we visit family in Orlando a lot. This is a great place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely be back on our next trip!

Apartamento espaçoso e com localização privilegiada, pois fica num ponto a média distância dos parques e Kyle é uma pessoa muito atenciosa que responde prontamente quando você precisa. Acho necessário esclarecer aqui que não está incluso na diária serviços de arrumação, troca de roupas e limpeza do apartamento. Para quem vai ficar poucos dias não faz diferença, mas no meu caso que alugou por 11 dias, sim. Mas isso é um detalhe que não diminui a excelência do apartamento.
