Sherman was a very responsive & friendly host, my partner & I had a wonderful stay at Sherman's lovely Carson Gem! The Airbnb had everything we needed: AC, washer + dryer, kitchen, fridge, and bathroom/shower. The bed mattress was quite soft that one would easily sink into. The place was kept quite clean & tidy, check-in/check-out was easy, and things were conveniently accessible. At one point, the lock batteries needed to be replaced. I had messaged Sherman about it and he immediately came to the rescue to insert new ones. It was certainly a pleasure to stay at Sherman's unit, we would definitely come back if available :)

This was such a good find! Super close to the freeway, felt very private and comfortable and Hui was very responsive. Will stay here again if ever back in the area. :)

Raheem’s place is easily connected with groceries, food and the freeways to get around. Good spacious place with everything you need. Quiet building without much noise around.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The large space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had a great night's sleep. Parking was a breeze, with enough space for two cars without any extra fees, which was a huge plus. One of the standout features for us was that they allowed my small Pomeranian to stay without any additional charge. It made our trip much more enjoyable to have our furry friend with us. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious and pet-friendly accommodation!

Dan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of the city. I didn’t feel like a tourist in a hotel I felt like a resident in an apartment. It was very clean and also had a great view. Dan was very responsive and gave us suggestions on where to park. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Great place to stay in Downtown. Easy communication.

Great location! Easy to get to downtown Santa Monica and Venice, plus the neighborhood itself has nice restaurants, shops and good beach access. The place was very comfortable. The kitchen could be stocked a little better with some basics.

Incredible location right in the middle of everything you need but extremely tranquil setting. What sets this airbnb apart from many others is the extremely kind and accommodating hosts who were readily available when we had questions or any concerns. Highly recommend with no reservations.

Couldn't have a better, more convenient location in LA for all the neighborhoods I frequent. Huge space, super clean, giant comfy couch to stare out into the Silverlake hills drinking hot caffeinated beverages every morning. Birdsong-filled enormous backyard for reading, relaxing, staring. Very special house!!

We came into town for a Music Festival and needed a place for the weekend. Such a great private feel. Loved the comfortable beds after a long day of being on my feet all day. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to make a welcome dinner the first night. If I make it back to LA for a long weekend I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home! I can’t say enough great things, the house was super clean with a great location. We felt safe here. George was also very responsive, friendly, and overall a wonderful host. We all felt right at home. Zero complaints, we will definitely be booking with George next time we are in town.

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very safe. It was quiet. The bed is very comfortable. This place was perfect in location for me because my son lives less than 10 minutes away. In the book they provided, was pretty much everything there is to do in the area and then some. I was centrally located to everything. I would stay here again. The MOST important thing to me was feeling safe...in the home and in the area.

We had a great stay at Valentin’s airbnb. The place looked just as the photos with plenty of supplies and supplies provided. We had brought our daughter and she loved playing with the toys provided for children. There was even a stroller if you needed it, but we had brought ours. It was a pleasant surprise. The AC/heater worked well and we felt peace of mind knowing the house was gated. We would stay here again!

We loved staying here! It is in a very calm and beautiful neighbourhood with walking distance to restaurants. The place is smaller than it looks in the photos but is really cute and cosy and worked great for us! We very much enjoyed sitting on the porch watching people go past and listening to all the birds in the neighbourhood. We’d happily stay here again!

Gary was a great host. He gave clear instructions and was quick to respond. His place was perfect for us. It looked just like the photos. It was comfortable and in the perfect location for our adventures (Dodgers and Universal). The neighborhood is great for families. It is very pretty with mature trees and a nearby park that my kids enjoyed. We'd love to stay again some time.

Although I didn’t get to meet Marie, she was still a great host! Her place was very clean, and just as pictured. I was able to keep in contact with her very easily! Highly recommend

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly

Great host quiet location and a comfortable stay highly recommended spot

Can’t beat the price for what you get!!! Host was extremely accommodating allowing for an earlier check in time, extra towels, and being open to more guests. Clear instructions were given the day before our check in and everything was easy to find and to check in. Super fast response times and always super friendly!! Condo was exactly as pictured! The pull out couch wasn’t available but the air mattress was very comfortable!! Clean sheets and bathrooms! Kitchen was very nice as well!! The rooftop patio was amazing with a great view of the city line and the hollywood sign. The location was near lots of attractions (10-20min drive) such as the hollywood hike entrance, griffith park/observatory, Universal Studios, and the hollywood walk of fame. The drive to Santa Monica pier was ~45-55min with traffic. Small downfall is the door does not have a deadbolt lock - it only has the code lock to lock the door, but I would 100% come back and stay here again because it still felt very safe!! :)
