ha sido una experiencia increíble, la casita en la que nos alojamos tenía todas las comodidades. Los anfritiones excelentes personas, han sido super amables y atentos en todo momento. Su casa es un sitio precioso donde se respira paz y tranquilidad que es lo que buscábamos, un paraíso! todo super limpio y con todo lo que podíamos necesitar. Sin duda volveremos a visitar está villa tan preciosa y está pareja de anfitriónes como son Ágnel y Divina y su perrito Jasper🥰

Un alojamiento petfriendly, sin discriminación de raza ni cobran suplementos por ellos El piso es más grande que se ve en la fotos , así que genial Tuvo el detalle de dejarnos café, azúcar, galletitas, Coca Cola, cerveza y además un kit de baño La terraza bien grande, la disfrutamos mucho desayunando al sol La cama y el sofá muy cómodo La zona es ideal para ir con perro, a 10 minutos andando de la playa , con bares y restaurantes muy ricos, una zona tranquila y muy bonita Daniel un anfitrión súper amable y atento Recomendamos 100%

Das Apartment liegt mitten in einer Golfanlage, wodurch die Gegend sehr ruhig und sauber ist. Restaurants, Strände und Supermärkte sind ca. 12 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina wahr hervorragend, wenn wir ein Problem hatte, wurde uns sofort geholfen. Der Aufenthalt mit dem Hund war super einfach. Ich kann es nur wärmsten empfehlen und wir würden auf jeden Fall noch mal hinfahren 😍 Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich auch 10 ⭐️ geben.

Muy buenas vistas y limpio

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in het huis en de unieke omgeving! Het huis is goed onderhouden en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. De tuin, inclusief het prachtige zwembad, is echt een pareltje, en het uitzicht vanuit het zwembad is adembenemend. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, al is een auto wel noodzakelijk om de omgeving te verkennen. De communicatie met David en Frances verliep uitstekend; ze waren altijd bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam.

We came back to this amazing rural house and once again had a perfect stay. Everything is spotless, smells great, and every detail is so well thought out — from the pool, barbecue, massage chair, billiards, darts, and board games to a fully equipped kitchen and tons of TV channels. You don't need to leave the house for anything — it's the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Martyn and his wife are truly exceptional hosts: kind, thoughtful, and incredibly meticulous. You can tell they put their heart into everything. We’ll definitely be back again — it already feels like our little peaceful getaway. Highly, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

casita muy cerca de la playa, si lo que buscas es tranquilidad aquí es donde tienes que venir, hemos pasado un fin de semana genial, el tiempo ha sido buenísimo, los dueños de la casa muy atentos, volveremos seguro . gracias.

Tolle Aussicht und schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Kommunikation und der Check in waren einfach. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und es gibt fußläufig ein paar Restaurants. Parkplätze sind leicht vor dem Haus zu finden. Die Betten geben mit 2 Erwachsenen im Bett im Verlauf der Nacht nach, sodass sich eine Kuhle ergibt, aber das hat einem schönen Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft keinen Abbruch getan. Empfehlung!

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

Qu est ce qu il y a de plus beau que le silence et le soleil ? Ma fille a répondu la lune et les "epoiles" ( étoiles)... C est tout à fait cela, un retour au source, à la simplicité, à la terre, ses fruits, ses fleurs. La maison est décoré en gardant l âme de la maison, il ne manque rien, toutes les petites attentions sont là. Cette maison est un havre de paix. Merci Karin nous reviendrons !

La casa es igual que en las fotos, estaba limpia y muy bien equipada. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, está en una buena localización para visitar Cabo de Gata y distintas playas. Se puede aparcar cerca de la casa con facilidad. Juan José ha sido muy amable y muy atento en todo momento. Recomiendo mucho su alojamiento.

Hemos pasado una estancia estupenda en este apartamento en el centro de Almería. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse a pie por la ciudad, y el piso es completamente nuevo, moderno y muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Además, la anfitriona ha sido encantadora, muy atenta y amable en todo momento. Sin duda, repetiríamos. ¡Muy recomendable!

We loved Paris’ house. Beautiful, convenient, close to the center of town but tucked away on a quiet back street that felt private and exclusive. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Views from the roof are gorgeous. Paris was always there to answer a question and Stephen gave us a warm welcome and straightforward easy instructions. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Mojacar.

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

La casa de Juan es increíble, está en la parte vieja de la ciudad y desde la Terraza puedes ver la alcazaba. Por dentro es muy espaciosa, con techos altos, 2 baños grandes y limpios y un ascensor que facilita el acceso a toda la casa Es preciosa y se la recomiendo a todo el bindi. Se diseñe genial y Juan es comunicativo y facilita las cosas y el acceso fue muy fácil Totalmente recomendable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme dans la maison de Lieke, tout était nickel. La maison très agréable, avec une vue magnifique. Que du plaisir. Notre hôte très sympathique était précise dans ses instructions. Très belle expérience, nous reviendrons dans cette belle région.

We loved the place and would've liked to stay longer! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped (even with unscratched pans) for cooking, and the best are the views from the terrace and balcony! The bathrooms look a bit old, but everything works and is very clean. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We followed some of their recommendations for the beaches and loved all of them. The location of the place at the edge of San José means that the place is nice and quiet as well. Plus there is space for parking.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Lovely house fitted with everything you could need. Lovely complex that felt private and secure. Very close to the beach. Short drive to Mojocar with lots of bars and restaurants. Had concerns about the location of the beach club and noise but it was actually quite nice having ambient music playing during the day. A little noisier at the weekend but fine. Internet connection really good. Looking forward to returning to Vera and would stay at the house again

La casa es preciosa, todo muy limpio y muy bien cuidado. Sus padres estuvieron a nuestra disposición en todo momento, respetando nuestra intimidad y a la vez, pendientes de qué no nos faltase nada. Una casa espectacular,con unas personas maravillosas. Cuidaron detalles como: cafetera con cápsulas, botellas de agua, camita y comedero para nuestra mascota.... Volveremos a repetir sin duda. Gracias 😊

El dueño muy amable siempre pendiente de todo. La casa igual que en las fotos espacioso cómodo y bonito no tengo ninguna queja nos encantó. También está muy cerca de la playa, la playa está detrás de la urbanización literal. También puedes salir andando para un boulevard donde hay varios restaurantes, muy cómodo, también está a uno 2in de Almería y cerca de cabo de gata y sus pueblos a unos 30-40min nos pareció genial la ubicación recomendada.
