A gem of a find! The apartment has everything you need to get started (supermarket, cafe and good restaurants within walking distance) and is a cool 30 minutes away from the airport. Access is convenient and easy to get around even with several heavy luggages.

Really enjoyed my stay in his apartment, it is very clean and comfortable, great that there is self check in, so was very comfortable and useful. Right next to it is a big shopping mall with many food choices and big supermarket to buy groceries.

Маленькая студия в отличном районе — лучшем в Алматы на мой взгляд. Новый дом, свежий ремонт, чисто. Есть сложности с доступом: много кодов, и замок на двери не самый удобный — код нужен и на вход, и на выход. Но хозяйка на связи. Горячая вода идет не сразу, надо подождать. В целом, нормальный вариант на пару дней.

Уютные апартаменты, хорошее расположение, рядом есть супермаркеты, плаза, магазины, все в шаговой доступности ! Отличное место остановится, тем кто едет на горнолыжный курорт Шымбулак. Вышел с дома - сел на автобус и ты уже на горнолыжном курорте

Adiy was a great host and very responsive. We landed late and didn't get to his place until after 2am. He stayed up and made sure we got in before going to sleep. Place was clean and well maintained.

Very nice and comfortable. Our family had a very nice experience staying here. My baby felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable. Location is good (near to supermarket, mall and many restaurants and cafes). Thank you.

Highly recommend staying here for a nice visit to Almaty. Great location in quiet safe neighborhood. Easy pick up location for taxis outside and close to downtown.

The house is out of the city. We had suffer a lot due to the location and language difference

The place was better then the pics. Karligash is an amazing host and the place was great for us. We were eight (four couples) and the place was more then adequate for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and more. The caretaker was always there without intruding into our privacy. At night we would leave things in the kitchen and she would work overnight to give us a spotless kitchen in the morning. The place is tooo big and in an open area with nice hills by the side. Quiet and open- what one needs for a vacation. There is a sauna in the property that can be used free of cost with a few hours notice. Clean towels, linen and everything. Thankyou.

The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

Très bon séjour dans ce chalet agréable. Proche des pistes en hiver . Parfait pour un séjour avec enfants car il y’a des jeux aussi. Merci pour l’accueil et les présents

كان الأستاذ Meirbek جيدا متعاون أخذنا بجوله في سيارته مجانا لمده خمس ساعات في المناطق الجبليه والمنتجعات القريبه وكان متعاون ومتواجد معنا يلبي حاجاتنا ويساعدنا كثيرا كان كريما جدا فقدم لنا القهوه والعشاء اللذيذ في اول يوم استظافنا فنشكره ونحييه وأسرته وأبنائه

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

Great view, peaceful sleep with background sounds of the river. Good wi-fi, nice big TV screen on the second floor. Spent time mostly watching films and enjoying time near the river. Will return here again some day :)

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

Екатерина — один из крутейших хостов за наши последние два с половиной года путешествий. Екатерина сделала наше пребывание в Алматы максимально комфортным и приятным - делилась советами, помогла получить ИИН, наводила порядок каждую неделю. Я и жена прожили в ее уютной квартире почти два с половиной месяца и всегда чувствовали искреннюю заботу и гостеприимство. Квартира находится в классной локации в топовом ЖК. Ряд проспект, по которому легко добраться до любой части города. В комплексе есть отличные кафе и кофейни, в 10 минутах пешком — коворкинг и спортзал. Екатерина, от души благодарим вас! Если бы можно было поставить 10 из 5 звезд, мы бы без раздумий это сделали. Рекомендуем!

Хорошее расположение апартаментов для тех, кто планирует работать из дома. В 7 минутах ходьбы есть ТЦ с продуктовым магазином, фастфудом и кинотеатром Рашида пришла на заселение, все показала. Помогла оформить регистрацию, да и в целом по всем вопросам оперативно отвечала Единственный минус- это не двухкомнатная квартира я явном виде, а однушка, из которой сделали 2 комнаты. В "спальне" нет окон. Это не мешает в повседневной жизни, но для работы 2 людям стоит учитывать Wifi нормальный, 40 Мбит на загрузку и отдачу. Работать вдвоём довольно комфортно При длительном проживании включена уборка раз в неделю

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!

Очень рады, что выбрали именно эту квартиру!!! Потрясающее расположение, все рядом. Невероятно отзывчивые хозяева , полностью сопровождали, помогли провести оплату, заранее узнали во сколько заселимся, прислали питьевую воду доставкой!!! Сама квартира абсолютно чистая и такая большая! Будет рекомендовать всем друзьям и сами еще приедем!!!
