it was a beautiful, clean little place too small for me for my expectations but I recommend 💯 for just one person. I didn't like where it was located and the parking other than that it was a good stay we only needed to sleep so it was ok.

After spending three nights and four days watching baseball and checking out the city, it feels like Kingsville. Most of all, it was a comfortable place to stay. It reminded me of my grandmothers house, and it has a nostalgic vibe. It's not fancy, and there are some rough edges, but it's a cool place to stay if you are an intrepid traveler. If you like to live like a local, then this place is for you. Super convenient to the heart of the city. My wife and I stayed there and kept to the master bedroom, the living area, and the kitchen, but there is room for at least six people. The window units and ceiling fans did a good job keeping the room cool even after the temperature spiked to 104º on our first day there. It's a good option if you are interested in avoiding the cookie-cutter hotels on Highway 77. Erik and Joehanley were super nice, accommodating, and went out of their way to communicate with us.
