Our space is great for travellers who enjoy wineries, cafes, beaches, walks, a boutique cinema, Matakana market on Saturdays, Morris and James pottery and the variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have an adequate shopping centre and local pub within walking distance.

Imagine waking up beside a beachfront grass reserve with short walk <50 metres to the sea shore with views to Kawau Bay and beyond. Snells Beach is a flat beach with changing views as the tide ebbs and flows. This modern ground floor apartment is double glazed and offers comfortable accommodation. Nearby are a multitude of attractions eg cafes, restaurants, sculpture parks, wineries of the Matakana Coast and beautiful coastal areas to explore. Sorry preschoolers/infants not accepted.

Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

You deserve time to rest, relax and breathe fresh air in a beautiful place. Just a few steps from the sea, at high tide you can hear the waves lapping. Listen to the birds; go for a walk; kayak or swim. Baddeleys Beach is ten minutes from Tawharanui Regional Park with its pristine surf beach, wild life and walks and ten minutes in the other direction to Matakana with its restaurants, breweries, art galleries, sculpture park, shops, theatres and weekend markets.
