Me and my boyfriend had to stay in Perth to take some exams in Murdoch University. Andrew’s house ticked all the boxes for a perfect stay! Big spaces to relax, big room and private bathroom. There was another couple in the house in another room but it worked out great anyway. Very close to Fremantle which was so much fun and walking distance to two big supermarkets for groceries. Andrew was very responsive and friendly with us. I would recommend Andrew’s place to anyone going to Perth. Thank you!!

I stayed at Sylvia's for a bit over 2 months. The room is more than adequate for me, definitely comfortable for a long stay. You will know when Sylvia has been through the house (and she does that every day), keeping things immaculate and in working order, dealing with any issues and resolving them swiftly. Sylvia, a huge thank you for being a wonderfully warm and responsive host. I look forward to being back here again when I'm in Perth. For those considering this listing, the accommodation is clean and well kept. Sylvia is very responsive and approachable. There is a 24/7 gym, cafes, chemists and supermarkets within walking distance and the location is not far from the city. You will also find lots of native wildlife, walking trails, parks and green spaces around here - I've enjoyed exploring on foot in the evenings.

So grateful to have stayed at Steve's place for 3wks. Steve is an excellent host and the location is a good half way point btw CBD & the coast at Fremantle, plus walking distance to supermarkets. The room has a quiet air conditioner, a cosy comfortable bed and nice desk space in an adjacent room. Many thankyous for this welcoming place to be at on arriving to Perth.

Lovely modern home with private room and a well equipped kitchen. Delighted to find a good selection of toiletries to use during our stay. It was surprisingly quiet despite being situated near a main highway! I would highly recommend Ricky’s place to anyone needing a place to stay in Perth as it’s quite close to Fremantle and the lovely southern suburbs. Thankyou for a pleasant stay!
