No3.Appreciate swans and a line of lake scenery

Yihai and his mum personally waited to receive us and kindly assured us not to rush despite our late arrival. When we arrived in the rain, Yihai didn't hesitate to come out and help us carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. Throughout the night, he was very quick to respond to my texts. His mum generously offered me her box of cookies when I mentioned I was hungry. When I requested a lock for my room door, Yihai promptly bought one. He also offered to drop us at the bus stop when he was going out. On the day of our departure, Yihai was having breakfast but immediately stood up to help us carry our heavy luggage down. Their pet parrot and cat were tame and friendly, which my daughter loved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was lovely, with a beautiful sunrise view from the balcony and a lake just across the road. Most importantly, both Yihai and his mum were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Thank you so much for having us! Both of you made us feel so at home.

So grateful to have stayed at Steve's place for 3wks. Steve is an excellent host and the location is a good half way point btw CBD & the coast at Fremantle, plus walking distance to supermarkets. The room has a quiet air conditioner, a cosy comfortable bed and nice desk space in an adjacent room. Many thankyous for this welcoming place to be at on arriving to Perth.

Tye place is new, bright and cozy with modern interior. The bed is super comfy. Many new appliance to use, oven, fridge, washing/drying/dishwashing, air frier. 24/7 supermarket, coffeeshop, bakery, gas station, massage saloon, bus stop - all next door. Yvonne is very responsive and friendly host! Highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Mark's Airbnb. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, and the shower and toilet were spotless. The place was incredibly quiet and private, which made for a peaceful and restful stay. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and toast – a nice touch! I'll definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!
