Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alfama, Lisbon

We had a lovely stay at the accommodation. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to prepare meals. We really enjoyed spending time in the garden as it is a peaceful spot to relax. Even a sun lounger was provided.

Super séjour à Lisbonne. Très belle maison, fidèle aux photos et à la description. Convient très bien à un groupe de 6 personnes. Bien située, quartier calme, à une dixaine de minutes du centre-ville et à proximité des transports en commun. Restaurants et magasins aux alentours. Seuls petits points négatifs : un bouton était cassé dans la baignoire, l’eau mettait beaucoup de temps à devenir chaude et il n’y avait pas de savon dans une des douches. Mis à part ces quelques détails, tout était parfait ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. My daughter and I created some wonderful memories. She was really helpful the entire time we were there, especially with my broken adapter and suggestions for what to do with a limited amount of time. Would like to stay here again someday. Great place with a beautiful patio and view. Close to all the attractions. Offered so many suggestions that were so helpful. Make sure you eat at Affair, amazing food and great service!

Ricardos Place was great for our family of four (Kids 3,5 and 5 months). Easily accessible, a lot of cool stuff for kids and close to some interesting places and public transportation. Just around a Main Street the place is truly calm and we felt safe at all times. The place is great for lovers of architecture and has a really nice color gamma. Een heel fijn huis met een lekker zwembad erbij. Minuur of 10 rijden van het strand en een klein half uur naar het centrum van Lissabon. De eigenaar is goed bereikbaar en beantwoord netjes alle vragen die je hebt en kan ook allerlei tips geven over wat te doen.

You honestly have to see it to believe it! The house is such a treasure. We stayed as a family of five, 3 boys ages 9,5 and 4 years old. They did not want to leave :) João was an exceptional host and went beyond to be sure we had everything we needed! Great restaurants just a few minutes walk away and supermarket 5 minute drive away

My husband and I have just had a great stay! The apartment is brilliantly located just 5 mins walk from the Panteon and lots of small local restaurants. We particularly recommend Nonna’s for fabulous food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. The apartment is a simple 20 minute walk to the centre and 5/10 min walk to the station and metro. We took up Elias’s offer to meet us at the airport. He was so welcoming and friendly. The apartment is exactly as described and the balcony is a wonderful bonus for morning/evening drinks etc (although be aware noisy construction at the docks during the day). The kitchen has all you need we breakfasted on the balcony and ate lunch and dinner out. The apartment is compact and the sleeping area has height restrictions as the photos clearly show - not a problem for us but beware if you’re tall. Elias was a fabulous and responsive host. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay and will be back!

Great location- accessible to the metro and all the Alfama neighborhood has to offer. The apartment itself was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. Bump was responsive and we had no issues. Highly recommend.

The patio with the view of the city was amazing. It is in a great location, extremely walkable, and as described. The five flight walk up is not bad and worth the view, but the last flight up to the apartment is very steep.

We had a great stay at LisbonLightApartment’s, the view of the terrace is as described so relaxing, the neighborhood is really nice with plenty of restaurants and nice boutiques. The beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay a lot and our young kids too, they had space to play and even enjoy going up the few stairs to the flat (wich are not that many). Really good comunication with the host, we really recomend this rental for a short stay!

We had an excellent stay at Ana's place. The apartment seems to be recently renovated and has a lot of useful amenities like blackout curtains, AC, and a washing machine. The location is second to none - there are so many restaurants and attractions that are a quick walk away. We appreciated that Ana's niece met with us for check in, and they were both able to give us great recommendations during our stay. It does get a little noisy on weekends, but we never had a problem falling asleep. We would stay at this airbnb again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed a great time in Lisbon at this apartment. It's cosy and beautifully decorated and the sunny balcony is a lovely place for morning coffee. It had everything we needed for our trip and the hosts make you feel welcome with small touches - we loved the delicious oranges and wine. The apartment is really well located, close to lots of the sights, plenty of nice bars and restaurants are just minutes away, and it has easy access to various public transport. Lots of good local recommendations provided too. We were a little worried about noise given some of the other reviews - the street outside is very noisy, but with a set of decent earplugs it wasn't an issue at all. I'd be happy to stay here again in future.

Beautiful! I don’t know where to start - Catarina is an amazing host. If you want to experience all Lisbon has to offer stay at her place and follow her recommendations. The apartment is better than the pics. The views are indescribable and worth every step it takes to get there. A water/city view AND a botanical garden view. It’s all true and being able to choose every day is something you won’t find at another spot. The location is completely walkable. There is an amazing bookstore two doors down and a crazy delicious gelato store right across the street. I could go on but will leave the rest for others to discover. Thank you Catarina for your welcoming spirit and spot on suggestions.

Die Unterkunft war einfach wundervoll, super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Alles war blitzblank. Auch die Gastgeberin war herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ruhig, aber trotzdem gut erreichbar und perfekt zum Entspannen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Extremely nice apartment and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Location was 5 minute walk to grocery store and 2 bus stations within 1 minute walk. Balcony was wonderful to enjoy morning and evening. If you enjoy walking, closest beach is 10 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home. Would book again if i make a return trip!

A great Airbnb - the balconies are huge. the space is quiet at night and while the road it's on doesn't have much, you're only a few minutes from main streets and side streets full of shops and restaurants.

Wir waren zu viert für eine Hochzeit in Lissabon und haben unseren Aufenthalt in Isabells Wohnung sehr genossen. Besonders praktisch waren die zwei Badezimmer und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch das Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett waren super hilfreich für unsere Outfits. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Lage gut und Isabel eine äußerst liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin mit tollen Restauranttipps – sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt kaum beeinträchtigt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

It was my 2nd time in the appartment and I cannot wait to return. The flexible check-in via key box is amazing let alone the supermercado on the bottom of the Costa de Castelho. I will definetly book for 2026!!! Obrigado.

Fantastic location close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Handy also to luggage storage if you have a late flight out as we did. Totally recommend and also Flora and Fauna - 30 metres up the street for a fantastic breakfast
