Waterfront holiday rentals in Alfama, Lisbon

This place was perfect for our few days in Lisbon. The unit was exactly as advertised and the location was central to our activities. We easily walked to restaurants and our planned activities. Thank you so much!

Rita’s place was amazing. It was clean and exactly as described. Perfect for myself, my husband and our toddler. The location was excellent. Right on the 28 tram line. We enjoyed eating at the cafe downstairs and watching the trains go by. She provided awesome local recommendations. One of the places she suggested for a coffee / drink / snack with a view was one of our favorite unexpected surprises. The view from the back balcony and also front windows was spectacular. Rita was super sweet and responsive. Would stay here again.

Our family loved our time at Ana & Michael's! My teenage children each had their own bedroom and bathroom and loved their privacy. The view from the rooftop was amazing and we all enjoyed the quaint neighborhood we were in. Perfect spot for our crew at the end of our summer trip!

This place was great for three couples (we made the youngest sleep on the pullout, lol). Everyone had their own bathroom. The living space accommodated all of us. So nice to have an outdoor area with beautiful views! Get ready for the stairs to walking up the 4 flights though. Luckily we were out most of the day. lol. Beautiful place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Avelino and his team provided a wonderful experience, communicating with us in a timely manner and the place exceeded our expectations. Great view and location and very clean and updated decor.

Isilda and her husband are wonderful hosts and the apartment is in the perfect location. They were both so very welcoming and full of useful information. The lovely little apartment has easy access to all the sights we wanted to see - either on foot or via trams. Or a bit of both (walk down the hill and catch the tram back up). There is no air conditioning but plenty of windows for a fresh breeze. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place in a fantastic location for exploring the city. Carolina had everything we could possibly need and the beds were super comfortable. Host was also very responsive and great. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Lisbon!

The space is large, beautifully decorated, with beautiful views outside the window, clean and tidy, fully equipped kitchen, and a ten-minute walk to the ferry station, making it convenient to take a boat to the old town across the river.There is a parking lot next to the house, and the parking fee is very cheap.

Great place. Close to the ferry station, bakeries and markets nearby, amazing views of Lisbon. The house had everything we needed; the host provided the kitchen and bathroom essentials. We felt right at home. One little issue, the beds were not very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Sofia’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. She took the time to personally meet us, brought us some fresh Pastéis de Belém and wine, which made our experience feel very special. Her instructions and recommendations were incredibly helpful, ensuring we felt comfortable and knew the best places to explore. Whether it was tips on local restaurants or guidance on how to navigate the area, her insights made our trip so much smoother. The space itself was cozy and well-equiped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The appartement is on 3 floors, there is 1 bathroom on 1st floor to be used for bedroom on 3rd floor. The other bathroom is within the masterbed room. We truly appreciate the personal touch and care that Sofia puts into hosting, and we would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a great experience. She also accomodated an earlier check-in as our flights arrived early morning.

we chose this superb house to spend a stay, my wife and I with a friend, her son and daughter-in-law. Ideally located, the photos of the listing speak for themselves. The living room is very comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, nothing missing. The BBQ is very good quality. The pool is nice and the ocean view and sunset are simply breathtaking. You are greeted by the hosts who give you the owner's tour and finally tell you that you are at home before leaving you. Lurdes and Luis are charming. They come every three days at the end of the day to water the vegetation, take out the trash, and maintain the pool. This is done very quickly and it is possible to exchange a lot of information with them. They speak French very well. The beaches within a ten-minute drive are beautiful. We'll definitely be back.

Jaques' apartment is just like the photos, everything is new and you don't lack anything... Jaques left some gifts and we saw him at our entrance, apart from the fact that you don't lack anything. She left salt, oil, sugar, basic items that, many times, in other apartments, they leave you nothing! The apartment was super clean, the bed is very comfortable, the location is very quiet... for those of you who want to rest, it's the right apartment. To go to Lisbon, we went by car and parked there, so we can't comment on the ferry or bus that takes you to Lisbon... we liked it a lot, we hope to repeat! :)

Wonderful place to stay at. Communication was great and easy. We had everything we needed and even more. Confortable beds, the couch in the living room was just incredible! we totally fell in love with it haha! Kitchen had everything we needed. Big backyard. Clean, Intimate and calm, but still close to everything. Beach 5 minutes walking distance. I strongly recommend.

Such a special place! The beach house was wonderful to stay in, waking up to that view and the children being able to run down to the sea was amazing. The beach house was very clean and just as described and the host very helpful & responsive. The host also recommended the local restaurant and what to get so we had gorgeous grilled fish delivered to the house each night. One of my most favorite holidays, we can’t wait to come back.

A beautiful Villa, very clean and comfortable, had everything thing we needed. The lady on site Maria was very friendly and helpful. Lucinda (owner) was extremely helpful and regularly updated us with any communications. All in all a great peaceful place to stay and not too far from the centre of Lisbon. Thank you Lucinda and team for a lovely stay .

Extremely nice apartment and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Location was 5 minute walk to grocery store and 2 bus stations within 1 minute walk. Balcony was wonderful to enjoy morning and evening. If you enjoy walking, closest beach is 10 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home. Would book again if i make a return trip!

The apartment is modern, well equipped and clean. It's in a handy location for the airport, the Oriente railway and bus stations, and the Metro. Vitaliano and Nara were excellent hosts - always helpful, responsive and friendly.

The apartment is great, spacious, comfortable with a beautiful view over the sea. Very luminous and bright. Pedro and Teresa were really accommodating as I arrived late. Definitely recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for us. The space itself was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. It was spacious, with air conditioning, and had all the amenities we needed. It was a modern apartment that had the charm of an older building. The location was fantastic! In the heart of everything and close to great restaurants, bars, and historical sights. It was nice to constantly see the famous tram 28 going by the area! I would recommend this stay for literally anyone. It’s also accessible by elevator which is nice after many kilometres of walking the city. The host (Andre) was friendly and met us at check in and provided many recommendations! Thanks for the wonderful accommodation

We stayed for 2 nights in Lisbon after coming from another destination in Portugal. We basically had one full day to see as much as possible. This place was exactly what we were looking for, practically in the middle of Historic District, easy to get around (either walking or using public transportation) and plenty of room for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 young kids). The configuration and amenities of this unit would make it a suitable place for an extended stay. Barbara responded almost immediately to all of our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this apartment for its location and a very responsive host who made the experience more enjoyable with timely information.

Very clean place, and convenient location. The shower is small and the tile is slippery. I think it’s ideal for two adults or maybe 2 adults and a small child based on the size of the apartment.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment with our two small children and recommend it highly! The space is well-furnished and everything was very clean when we arrived. The bedding was so comfortable that I had to see where they came from so I can order my own, and the upstairs AC unit worked very well. The host even left some lovely snacks for us and toys for my kids to play with. The stairs were definitely challenging because we had a baby and stroller with us to carry up and down each time, but I think the amenities and view are worth the climb. Would absolutely recommend this property and host, thanks you!
