Loft holiday rentals in Alfama, Lisbon

We had a great stay at Pedro & Rúben’s place - the apartment was spacious for our party of 6, and was close to some great bars. Would stay again :)

Great location and very good communication with the host and her associate. Neighbourhood is very convenient with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Tram 28 drops you close to the flat.

Great flat with everything we needed. Perfectly located to walk to all the main sights. Our host was very accommodating and friendly, with very prompt replies to messages/questions. A great stay in a very comfortable flat.

We really enjoyed the location of this place. It’s super quiet considering the area and it’s well located to get to everything in Lisbon. We appreciated how well equipped the place is and they have lots of considerate extras on offer. The only issue we had was just that it was really warm and without an air conditioning unit it did make it a bit hot at points. The only other things is the bed is a bit of a challenge as it is a loft bed and you need to be fairly nimble to get in and out. That said I wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying and think for the value we paid it’s a great place.

Staying with Sara was great. She is a great host, and welcomed us with fruits, water and milk. The apartment is very nice. Thank you for letting us check out later. We will be back !!!!

The view is incredible and the neighborhood is a great central location to explore all of downtown Lisbon. It's a walkup in a charming older building, but the space itself is modern. Would easily book again given the value you get for the space. Note - the tram line is loud when it is running, but it ends before too late.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, and the terrace was ideal for morning coffee in the sunshine. Our hosts' warmth and attentiveness were really appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful spot to anyone seeking a great stay in Lisbon.

I was absolutely obsessed with Steph's loft! Loved the space. Bed was super comfy, had everything I needed to feel like I was at home. I was training from Lisbon to Porto, Santa Apolónia Train station was literally outside my door...yet I didn't hear one train in 3 days. Would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat 💓

What an absolutely incredible apartment. Incredible large, brimming with technology, beautifully furnished, and the perfect place to call home for a few days whilst working in Lisbon. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live in a penthouse, this is your opportunity. Nuno was a great host. Responsive, friendly and helpful. 5/5. Beautiful place to stay and perfect location!

I stayed at Nuno’s apartment for a year while I went through the D7 visa process. Nuno was an amazing host. He prepared the apartment before my arrival and was waiting for me when my taxi dropped me off. I brought my small dog from the US and we both felt at home throughout our entire stay. It’s literally a three minute walk to the beach. Three minute walk to the train station. Easy walking to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and other conveniences. Nuno’s apartment is charming and has all the necessities to be comfortable for long stays. The only two challenges I experienced while living there for a year were the dogs that live behind the apartment building that bark most nights. It isn’t that bad with the windows and doors closed but it’s annoying when they are open. The second issue is how hot and stuffy it gets inside the apartment. Nuno bought a large portable a/c but even with that it is pretty hot during the summer months. Overall I highly recommend staying here! 5 stars!

Great location! Extremely quiet apartment with nice aesthetics! Convenient parking! There was access on foot to central areas of the city!Perfect communication with the owner, the presence of the doorman was very important in terms of the sense of security he provided! Thank you very much!

We loved our stay and will definitely return! Very spacious, clean, a fabulous view! Excellent amenities. For us, most importantly though: quiet nights that made us sleep really well! And the location enabled us to live as locals!

We took a taxi to the apartment. We were able to walk around and find plenty of places to eat and shop. We were also close to the oldest operating bookstore in the world which was one place. I wanted to make sure I went to. The rooms were very comfortable, any questions I had were responded to immediately . definitely enjoyed our stay
