Apartment holiday rentals in Alfama, Lisbon

The apartment was as expected and a lovely location. I would recommend this apartment. It also had great noise control from the busy street outside. The air conditioning was the only thing that seemed a bit off and didn’t really seem to cool the apartment very much. Other than that everything was great and communication and check in was very easy.

Paulo and Jorger are friendly and helpful. We loved the apartment’s balcony so much as you could have the sea view from the balcony. The apartment was so clean and we felt like home. We loved cooking at the apartment and it was fully equipped so we could easily make our dinner with the ingredients from Pingo Doce nearby.

This was a great find for us for our trip to Lisbon. The apartment is set in the heart of Lisbon making it an ideal site to reach everything within the City Centre. The apartment is an attic conversion so is set high above the rooftops with stunning views to the Castle of St George, Rossio square and the port/harbour area - especially beautiful at night with everything lit up. Ideal set up for two people with ample living space, kitchen area and large double bedroom set in the eaves of the attic. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed with bed linen and towels all available. Goncalo is an excellent host with his communication pre, during and after our visit absolutely first class spending time with us to ensure we settled into the apartment. He was exceptionally good at recommendations for sites to see and places to eat etc. All in all a first class find and one we will recommend to others.

Carlos was great, and the flat was lovely, offering a beautiful view of the city and sunset. Very spacious and good light.

Hugo was a wonderful and attentive host. The flat was beautiful and situated in a historic and lovely area of Alfama. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and if I get the opportunity to stay again, I would definitely choose Hugo’s place!

Paulo is an exceptional hotel! He picked us up at the airport and showed us around the neighborhood with many very qualitative recommendations! the accommodation is in a very quiet street but only 2 steps from the famous June party in the Alfama district of Lisbon. Everything was perfect! Thanks again!

Guida was such an amazing host & the place was in the perfect location. We were granted early access to drop our luggage and greeted by Guida for a tour of the place and friendly conversation. She made us feel right at home as if we were family. She checked on us throughout the trip and gave great recommendations. The place was perfect for our few nights stay in Lisbon as it was walkable to many restaurants, shops and attractions. We would love to return and will share with friends and family!

Great stay! Awesome location. Flat had everything we needed in it, including aircon for the super hot days. Alfama area is very cool, a lot of fun especially during June celebrations. 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean, aesthetic and well equipped. We felt very welcomed by the gift and the responsiveness of the hosts :) The bed is comfy and the balcony and view stunning, everything as in the pictures. The neighborhood is so nice as well, nice cafes, bars, people, etc. It’s more out the crowded areas which we loved. We would love to return to this place someday. Thank you 🫶

The apartment looked like the photos. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were happy to use the elevator. The staircase was very pretty. The hallways were very clean.

This was my second stay at Pedro’s place… and it won’t be my last! Pedro is a great host - friendly, proactive, responsive and flexible. The apartment is very centrally located and surrounded by cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. It is spotlessly clean and stays amazingly fresh in the heat. I would highly recommend for a stay in beautiful historical Lisbon!

Antije's small attic is an intimate, quiet place overlooking the Tagus and the city's rooftops. Located in a very central area, close to 5 minutes by bus, Apolonia station and metro. Antije is a perfect host. Very kind, ready to give advice based on the needs of the guest, advice on what to do in the evening and where to dine, advice on cultural events taking place during the days of stay. One thing that is worth more than all the others, which were also perfect, is the very comfortable bed. It's not easy to find super comfortable beds, but the one at Antije's house is!

We stayed here for a few nights in late May, happened to be while Lisbon had a heat wave so we were glad to have AC in the bedroom. The living room remained cool enough with the ceiling fan/closing the shutters, etc. The location of this apartment is amazing, we only used the Metro a couple times due to it being centrally located and easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. But the Metro is only a couple mins walk as well so very convenient. The apartment itself was exactly what we expected and hoped for. Plenty of space, AC, washer & detergent, linens & shampoo/body wash (no hair conditioner, which is common in Europe, so bring your own if you need it!). They were very transparent about the # of stairs to reach the apartment as well as some construction going on in the building, which we appreciated. The hosts sent very clear and detailed instructions ahead of time and were extremely responsive with any questions or when we needed any help. I would recommend staying here!

Fantastic spotless apartment with a very comfy bed. Powerful shower and all the amenities that you could need. Location is brilliant as it’s very close to the Metro and everything is really near so walkable anyway. I highly recommend.

We didn't miss anything, everything is there, and it's well organized. the garage, for the motorcycle is a big plus! Beautiful apartment with a large terrace in a modern house. The condo is well equipped. Communication with Rita was friendly and hassle-free. The city center can be reached on foot in about 25-30 minutes. Shops for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Those traveling by car have a free parking space in the underground car park

Paulo and Catarina's home is an absolutely fun, charming, clean, and amazing place. I stayed here with my family and we had a lot of fun with everything walking distance and lots of places to eat at. Thank you for providing a home away from home!

It’s our second time here and our stay was as welcoming as the first. Ana and Jorge’s place is perfectly situated near great restaurants one right next door plus a 15 minute walk to Marquês Pombal and Parque Eduardo Sétimo which has a magnificent view of Lisbon and of the castle from the top. Ana and Jorge always checked on us and left a variety of local foods and beverages upon our arrival that we were so grateful for. Even during our stay Jorge left delicious pastries by the door so not to bother us. Highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely return!!

This unit is in a convenient and quiet location . It is a few minutes car ride from downtown and nearby there are cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. It is spacious and comfortable and is perfect for a group of three.
