The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

This accommodation is on the heights of the village of Alex, in the heart of a rising alley in the village. the environment is beautiful, meadows, cows, garlic of bears ...and hiking trails not far away. The terrace is really nice with a nice view. The price corresponds to the proximity to Annecy and the lake 15 min by the road to Menthon Castle.
