The house is beautiful and the stay in it was very grateful and comfortable. The house was very clean and had everything you needed and extra details. Eva was very friendly and spent time resolving inquiries about the area, restaurants, transportation... The only thing to detail is that the parking is on a slope and is a bit narrow, it is not the most comfortable but it has parking and fulfills the function and it was great to have it at our disposal. The apartment for the time of year we have not used it, pear is right in front of the apartment, super comfortable. We loved the stay.

Geert's apartment is exactly as shown in the listing. It's located in an ideal location, just a short walk from the beach and shoreside restaurants. We were welcomed on arrival by Geert's co-host who walked us through the apartment and ensured we understood everything. The apartment is absolutely perfect for stays of any length and feels like home. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want and more. Communication from the hosts was great throughout and any questions were answered immediately. Thanks again!

The apartment is as advertised, with a very nice terrace to enjoy, the best pool views we've seen, a kitchen with everything you need, a very spacious bathroom. To put something to improve, it would need a curtain or a screen in the larger bathtub, and I think the bed needs a new mattress. Even so, we had a great time, we would come back without thinking.

Our stay was great! The location was perfect close to the pool with beach view and beach access and 10 minutes' drive to the city and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and cozy! Sheila was very friendly, always available and gave us lovely tips for the place. The only negative point was that the window makes very loud noises in strong winds. Highly recommended!:)

Very well equipped apartment with very good quality furniture and kitchen equipment. The geographical position of the rental is great view of the sea and very close to the walk.

Very good location and very good apartment, it is true that it does not have air conditioning but we did not miss it. Marian, her niece, is a 10-star host, awaiting our arrival and giving us a brief summary of Peñiscola. She recommended restaurants and places to visit and shops. We would definitely stay here again

Very nice, very simple entrance to the apartment. Very friendly at all times. There are several supermarkets nearby and an outdoor public parking lot nearby.

Enjoyed our holiday. Apartment as described. Relaxing. Clean, bed comfortable. Issue with shower was sorted immediately by Marian. Elevator and car park space a bonus.

Great accommodation. As described and seen in the photos. Countless coves just a few minutes away. We felt at home. Noemi and Sebastian are charming, very attentive with immediate response.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment autumn of 2024. The appartment is very nice; it is bright with large window with a sea view and historic old town view. Clean and in good condition with nice amenities and everything was working well. Location is central, only less than kilometer from local city center and 500m for the nearest beach and restaurants. The apartment is having a nice balcony + large terrace- ideal for morning exercises and coffee with sunrice. There is also a really nice hiking trails starting few hunders meters away. City is active and having pleanty of events year around. Ideal for long term holidays, you can get homely feeling easily. The host is very nice, flexible and responding quickly (welcoming was outstanding). All in all we had a really great time.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay, a super comfortable house, with an ideal patio, with everything you need, very clean and cozy. Always attentive to any need and available at all times. Extraordinary value for money, 100% recommended and Deltelebre and its surroundings a beautiful area to visit.

the house is very spacious,comfortable and has spectacular views. it is very new, large fridge, kitchen utensils,large terrace to enjoy the outside overlooking the sea. all the exterior windows and a large living room and with very good views. very recommended for a holiday.

We had a small issue and contacted Juan Luis about it. Within 30 mins he took care of it. He is very easy to deal with

The stay was great!!!! There were 4 adults and Sam, our golden retriever. Sam and we really enjoyed the terrace, it's the best and that's why we chose Noelia's house. Inside, just like the terrace, the house is full of details. Noelia gave us a lot of information about the area. The beach is less than 10 minutes' walk and is great for going with a dog. Thank you for everything, Noelia. We look forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended for going with a dog.

We had a lovely vacation! Élödie was always in touch, friendly. Great apartment, beautiful sunsets from the terrace on the second floor. But the sea is not suitable for children. The nearest beaches with rocks and rocks, we went to the center on the sand. We will come again! Good luck!

The holidays were great at Gema's place, as a hostess she put everything on her side to make us comfortable and prepared a bunch of recommendations for us to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The apartment is nice and as seen in the images, we have not passed any heat, the portable air has been more than enough to be cool even sleeping with a tapados sheet, super nice. The apartment is very close to a great and super family beach, with activities for the children on the promenade and the pool of the residential is a joy. It was definitely an experience to be repeated. Thank you Gema, for the facilities with the time of departure, a detail!!

Accommodation as shown in the photos and the information provided. Very clean and decorated with exquisite taste and with everything you need (not just the essentials) at your disposal. A very quiet and safe residential development and area, with the beach across the promenade and services (shops, restaurants, etc.) a 10-15 minute walk away. Friendliness of the host and exceptional welcome and farewell touches. If we can, we'll do it again.

A flawless apartment, practical and equipped with everything you need for a vacation stay. Located just 100 meters from the beach. The town center is on the back street, where you can find a butcher, bakery, takeout, supermarket... everything was wonderful. The residential development, quiet, large pool, common areas... We went with our dog, and no problem. I would recommend it a thousand times. Paula is a very good host. She answers any questions right away

The apartment is great, true to the description. Everything is very clean and with everything you need. Good area, nice facilities and with services nearby. And the best thing is the treatment of Junior, super friendly and always attentive to us, very attentive and thoughtful. I definitely recommend it and would repeat the stay.

Renovated apartment, nice and very cozy. With two swimming pools, tennis court and court to play soccer and basketball. Very quiet area and 25 minutes from the center of Peñíscola by the promenade on foot. With bars and supermarkets nearby, very close. We went for a few days to disconnect and the truth is that we got Angela's apartment right without hesitation. Both Javier and Angela took great care of us and we would return without hesitation.

Rafa and Maria are very nice and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool on the same floor, which is very practical. 100% recommended.

A lovely flat with a fabulous terrace overlooking the beach. The complex is quiet in September and the pool was very nice too. A minute from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Great contact with the host and a very friendly welcome from Mara who was super helpful. I would highly recommend this flat, some people may not like having to climb all the stairs, but it was definitely worth it for the fantastic views and wonderful terrace.
