Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alcalá de Guadaíra

Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement qui est encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Spacieux, bien équipés et surtout tres propre, vous allez passés un excellent séjour sans problème. Supérette, restaurant, parc de jeux pour enfant, piscine l'été et surtout une place de parking. le logement est à proximité du centre ville en voiture et pour ceux qui ne sont pas véhiculé, il a des bus qui passe juste en dessous du logement. Merci également à la personne qui nous a accueilli et qui a été très arrangeante pour l'heure d'arriver.

Logement idéalement situé pour les visites au centre de Séville, à proximité de très bons restaurants à Tapas et juste à côté d'un petit magasin de quartier. Le logement correspond à la description, propre et mieux que sur les photos. Malgré la chaleur extérieur nous n'avons pas souffert de cela dans le logement où il faisait frais. L'hôte a été très réactif à nos demandes.

Le logement est super, la climatisation dans la grande pièce et dans la chambre est vraiment génial avec les fortes chaleurs. Le garage est petit mais une voiture longue rentre, il est surtout pratique pour ne pas se déplacer en voiture durant le séjour. Tout est accessible à pieds mais si besoin un arrêt de bus est à proximité. Le logement est très bien équipé (four, micro onde, machine à laver…). On a passé un super séjour et on recommande le logement.

The apartment was in an excellent location, walking distance to all the sites and tons of restaurants. We were there for a week and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nacho was very responsive and helpful! The apartment was easy to get to and we felt very safe in the location, would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Sevilla, also thanks to the host's proactivity. We arrived the day of the historic power outage that led to the nationwide blackout in April 2025 and Marisela, Carmen and Fabio put everything in place to ensure a smooth check-in (the doors being fully automated). The apartment had a top equipment and is well located with the entire city center being easily accessible by foot. The immediate surroundings are very cute with many bars, tapas restaurants and pittoresque streets. Great value for money!

Lovely apartment, in a fabulous area, all the best places to visit easily walkable. Very quiet and pleasant area felt safe and secure. Towels and bed linen changed every other day, apartment kept neat and clean by Vanessa ( coffee pods topped up and many extras supplied) Rosa gave us helpful, friendly advice, and was quick to answer messages. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

Lovely stay here, the flat is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect! Really clean too- check-in was simple and easy and we had no issues. Only thing is the coffee machine didn’t work for us after the first day which was a shame but these things happen! Overall a lovely stay and would definitely come back again!

LAS HABITACIONES SON AMPLIAS Y LOS BAÑOS MUY COMPLETOS Y DE BUEN TAMAÑO. EL PISO TIENE PLAFONES ALTOS COMO LOS TIPICOS PISOS SEVILLANOS O ESPAÑOLES. IGUALMENTE TIENE VENTANAS HACIA LA CALLE QUE DAN ILUMINACION Y VENTILACION. SIN DUDA ALGUNA ELEGIRÍA DE NUEVO QUEDARME EN EL PISO DE PABLO.

Staying at Stephanie's place was a joy. We immediately felt right at home. Stephanie and Javier were quick to provide local recommendations, property was beautiful and the views were stunning! Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house in Carmona’s old town! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The added touch of having some food provided for breakfast was a real plus. The location was perfect for exploring the charming streets of Carmona, and the free parking just a 10-minute walk away was a great bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

We had the BEST time at Ignacio’s lovely villa. It was even better & bigger than we expected. A short 25 minute drive into central Seville but the location is peaceful and the pool and outside areas are so great. Would DEFINITELY recommend and come again, thank you so much! X

Our family of 5 visited Sevilla for 30 days and our stay in Gelves was absolutely fantastic! The house has lots of space and was equipped with everything that we needed. I’m talking about plenty of shampoo, toilet paper, and laundry detergents. Anabel & Antonio are excellent host with their attention to detail and communication. My husband & I were working remote during our stay and we were having issues with the internet. We talked to Antonio about it and he quickly switched internet providers and helped us troubleshoot the issue. I would highly recommend this house when visiting Sevilla for those looking for more space. Did I mention free available parking spot for your vehicle, pool, futsal court and walking distance to Aldi’s or Mercadona and 2 restaurants located around the block. 100% would visit again! Thank you for hosting our family.

We were steps away from everything: historic sites, amazing restaurants, charming streets—you name it. What truly set this stay apart, though, was Raphael’s hospitality. From the warm welcome to his thoughtful local tips, he made us feel instantly at home. Every recommendation he gave us made our experience richer and more authentic. L'appartement de Marilo est très joli, propre et cosy, on s'y sent très bien. Le bonus est le jacuzzi, très appréciable après une journée de visite dans Séville qui est située à seulement une dizaine de kilomètres (compter environ 25min en voiture) Marilo est une hôte aux petits soins, très à l'écoute et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci à Marilo!

We stayed at the apartment for three nights and we loved it. The place was very clean, and the AC units worked perfectly. They let us do the checking a little bit earlier, and the instructions to get were very clear. Absolutely recommend this place if you’re going to visit this beautiful city! I know that if I go back to Seville, I will stay here again

A lovely sized apartment with plenty of room to stretch out. Big living area and lounge. Air conditioner was great and cooled the house down well along with the block out shutters. Needed when Seville was 40deg all week. Supermarket just around the corner. Easy walking to the many sites and train / bus stations.

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.
