If you are debating booking this property just DO IT! Olga was the absolute sweetest host and showed us around the villa when we checked in. I had another property booked for months on Airbnb and they cancelled with less than 24 hours when I was already in France. Olga accommodated our last minute booking and literally saved our trip. The villa is a rare Airbnb where the photos truly don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking and my children LOVED the pool. Olga even provided pool toys and there’s a mini trampoline on the property and so kid friendly. My kids didn’t want to leave to go to Nice and we just loved our stay in Menton

We loved Villa Bracchi. It was our true home away from home. The villa is beautifully decorated yet practically equipped, comfortable, and spacious. Clay is an amazing host. He not only recommended great restaurants in the area, he also made all our dinner/lunch bookings. He got us to places where you usually have to book well in advance. This place is a real sanctuary. Peaceful, stylish, surrounded by lush nature. Thank you, Clay, for making our stay such an amazing experience. We will be back!

We had a really great time on our beach vacation. The house was very suitable for our needs and would have been great for more than two people. We thank you for the kindness in the welcome and in the information to help us settle in the area.

A beautiful spot in the absolute serenity of nature. The nearest town of roses, Bosalasco, was a stunning surprise. Paola is a lovely woman who will do everything to accommodate you, gentilissima as they say here. We were two couples with a 2-year-old child and our days spent barbecuing, playing ping pong, swimming in the pool, and putting the world to rights over some local wine were memories we'll forever cherish. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks, Paola.

We felt at home, we stayed 3 days, with our dogs, without going out except to do the shopping!! Well-kept garden, clean swimming pool, professional barbecue ready to use... what else to say?? If you need to disconnect, this solution is undoubtedly the best. Veronica is always ready to answer any questions, very nice and helpful... we had a small problem but she immediately took action to resolve it promptly... We will definitely be back!

The reception was extremely friendly, just like last year. Everything is very straightforward and communication with Elisabetta is perfect. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The terrace with the magnificent view is unique. The proximity to the beach is great. This year the pool was open. Beautiful complex with magnificent views.

Very nice accommodation, very quiet with an exceptional view, Gilbert is a very discreet host but gives good advice, he knows the area like the back of his hand. The pool is a plus in hot weather. Expect to encounter narrow, winding roads in the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful time in Nina's apartment in Lucinasco. The accommodation was super cool and beautifully furnished - we enjoyed it very much. Nina is a really lovely hostess. Everything was as described and we would be happy to come back. 😊☀️☺️🫒🇮🇹

Excellent stay in Barbara's apartment, the small village is very picturesque and full of charm. The view from the apartment is incredible, over the entire bay, and the terrace allows you to quietly enjoy this panoramic view of the sea. The apartment is very well decorated, tasteful, and has all the necessary amenities. You have to park 5 minutes away, which keeps the village quiet, but finding a place has never been a problem. A recommended address for a romantic stay! Several quality restaurants in the immediate vicinity and plenty of walks to do.

A magical view! It’s just outside the hustle and bustle of Menton, but you can still hear the waves from the beach at night. We spent hours watching the super yachts in the bay and the people on the beach. It’s a strenuous walk back up the hill but completely worth it knowing that that view awaits you.

The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you may need to feel like home. It has a very good and easily adjustable heating. The location is really great: the cottage is located in an peaceful villa area, far from any noise and traffic. At the same time, it is just a short drive to all commodities, like restaurants and shops. Paolo, Alfredo, and Monica were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for this great stay!

The arrival was independent of the host. We parked the car behind the gate right at the entrance to the apartment, so we didn't have to carry anything far. Since everything is within walking distance, there was no need to drive to the beach or to go shopping. There is a Euro spin shop in close proximity and a Lidl nearby. The beach is really close and it's up to you whether you go to the beach, along which the tracks lead. Children loved this beach, where they had both the sea and trains🙂. There is always a public beach, where there is a shower, with a private beach, where you pay for a sun lounger and a parasol. The sea is beautifully clean. On the other side, you will go to the beach, which is in close proximity to the city center. The advantage is the nearby restaurants and ice cream🙂. The accommodation is on the ground floor, I would say the basement, because the windows of the bathroom and bedroom are at the level of the garden of the apartment above you, which sometimes was disturbing when we put the small children to sleep and the children played by the window or had a mobile phone on. The garden is beautiful and shaded. The only downside is the missing WiFi, but we knew that.

We can highly recommend Marco and the house. Marco is a very active communicator, answering any questions very quickly. The house is beautiful and the view stunning. An experience we probably won't forget are the bells of the nearby church at 12 pm. They're the craziest we've ever heard 😁

Domus Ista - the right house.. for the two of us, definitely! We had a great time in Stefanos stylishly renovated house. Upon arrival, you can already notice how much feeling, taste and know-how the house has been renovated with. Super charming mix of old and new! Ideally located for one or the other tour by bike and still close to the sea. Beautifully situated in the countryside and on the balcony, with a view of the sea and the beautiful old church tower, you can let your soul wander for breakfast! We will surely come back....to the right house for us!

We, a married couple with a Labrador dog, spent 5 wonderful days in the beautiful house. Very nicely furnished, generous space in and around the house, great terrace overlooking the sea. For breakfast, Monja brought us extra foccacia, and we took full advantage of her tips for the area and the restaurants. The WiFi also worked perfectly, so we could work remotely. Check in and out flexibly and very easily. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Great stay at Ivan's. I've never been in such a well-maintained space before. The house and garden are super nice, the amenities provided for children have made the trip easier. Definitely recommend this listing! Thanks again. 🙂

The location on the slope is fantastic - an amazing view of the sea. On the third day, we had the misfortune of my partner breaking her ankle. Hopping with crutches over the narrow steep alleys into the cottage was a challenge every time. And yet we enjoyed the holiday there very much. Because, unlike in a hotel, we could stay well in the cottage and even better in the small garden under the pavilion and enjoy the peace and the greenery and the pleasant neighborhood. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, preparing small meals was no problem. A bakery with a large selection of pastries is within walking distance and the bar in front of it offers the opportunity for the first coffee in the morning. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. A real holiday home, warm and functional, as you don't see much anymore on AirBnb! The decoration is really neat, there is everything you need to cook and the view from the room is beautiful. We visited the area in 3 days without a car, the accommodation is accessible by the Vintimile bus. Thank you Maria, we would definitely recommend it!

Umberto gave us a friendly welcome and was always open and available for questions. The property is very quiet and you have a beautiful view of Imperia and the harbor. The size of the property is also more than sufficient, especially recommended for dogs. All in all, it was great. The really only downside is the beds, which in our opinion are unfortunately not suitable for someone with a sensitive back. Otherwise clear recommendation :)

Thank you for a quiet and beautiful few days! We enjoyed it very much, we found everything we needed and communication with Stefania was very easy and friendly. The house is very private and you can still be by the sea and Finale Ligure in a few minutes. A single small improvement point might be to make the fence a little more escape-proof for dogs (in some places higher). Best regards,

We felt very comfortable in the house. The house is very clean and spacious. There is everything you need. Rosario got us a little something to eat on the first day and brought a homemade cake. That was very friendly and accommodating! The garden is very idyllic, when it's dark, you can watch the fireflies wonderfully. The road to the house is very narrow and bumpy, typically Italian :-) The location is very quiet, the house is in the countryside, there are no neighbors. You are totally on your own and you can relax well. We recommend the accommodation on the one hand because it is very well maintained and beautiful and on the other hand because Rosario is a great host!
