Come visit a bucolic historic property in western Albemarle County. Once the location of the area mill, this 1780’s home and 330 acres was also a cattle and tobacco farm. This cozy and charming one bedroom cottage used to be the kitchen to the main house. After extensive renovation, it’s now a comfortable escape with a full sized working fireplace for fall and winter. High end linens and towels make your stay a treat, while the views will make you want to be outside taking in the Blue Ridge!

Castle Suite, one of six distinctive accommodations situated at or near the Castle at White Lotus Eco Spa Retreat. Discover the charm of stone walls surrounding a king-sized bed and your own jacuzzi bath. Enjoy the view of nature through the window, adding a touch of serenity to your stay. pets and smoking are not allowed within the suite. Tiny House with Private Barrel Sauna

Relax in the country and enjoy the peace and quiet of a country setting. Unwind while relaxing in the hammock, sitting on the raised deck with coffee while watching the farm animals graze or stargazing at unbeatable night skies. Bring your well-behaved dogs and let them enjoy a vacation, too! Our pet fee is $25 PER PET. **Please note: The bathroom and Wifi are located in the main house, about 30 paces from the tiny house**. The tiny house fenced in yard and deck are entirely private.

Our cozy treehouse offers a one-of-a-kind accommodation, perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. The elevated deck provides breathtaking views of the surrounding woods, creating a magical setting for your stay. Inside, the treehouse is thoughtfully designed with rustic charm and modern comforts. The treehouse is equipped with a small kitchenette, allowing you to prepare simple meals and snacks. The bathroom, though compact, offers all the essentials.

Galleywinter Farm House - East Room

The east room of our modern farmhouse is ideal for a single guest or a couple. (The pricing is for an individual so please see the extra guest charge of $35 for a couple). This room has wonderful spring colors and dappled light with a big window overlooking hardwood forest and a skylight. Very comfortable double bed with all cotton linens. Adjacent to a full bath and our library and reading area.
