Where to begin … David and Jessica were wonderful hosts. They made their home feel like my own. I worked, I cooked, I relaxed, I exercised - just like home. I walked to most everywhere I went in Albany / Berkeley and if it was too far I had great access to public transport and even Lime scooters!

I loved staying here! It was private, spacious, and exactly what I was looking for. The location cannot be beat. The space was incredibly clean and so cute. The mattress was exceptionally comfy. The shower was awesome. I loved using the kitchen. It was safe and quiet and I'd stay there again if available!

Nina hosted us during a very trying time; relocating to Berkeley/Albany area while selling our home of 35 yrs & looking for a new home here. She couldn’t have been kinder, more accommodating or friendly. The little green gem is truly a comfy & pleasant place to stay, even long term. We were there over 3 months thanks to Nina’s warmth & flexibility. The location right off Solano Ave is easy for shopping, eating out or just strolling. The well equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy. Nina is full of information about the area. She is respectful of your space but always available for any question. The peaceful gardens surrounding the bright & well appointed little cottage soothed us and made our stay just perfect. Thank you, Nina for having us for so long. If I could give 10 stars I would. Shira was a gracious host. The place was so comfortable, cozy and spotless. Well equiped kitchen, as well as no shortage of blankets, towels and linens. Also quiet and convenient location to explore the surrounding area. A neighborhood store is located right across the street for quick bites and groceries. Place is locatef within walking distance ( 10 minute walk) to waterfront and 4th street where you can shop and with a great assortment of restaurants to eat at. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend!

The place in Albany was exactly as described. The pics were dot. The view from patio was breathtaking btiful. The bay spread out. The instant premix coffee and tea definitely were welcoming. Although the bathrooms were very clean, the color of flooring looked as if dirty The place next to a hiking trail was slightly colder than downtown. The drive was an eyeful. Would highly recommend this place anyone coming as a tourist here , please note , this is not walkable to any public transport stations. Need a car to commute. Ty Victor for the. Very prompt reply always. Would luv staying here if in Berkeley again. Thx
