This was incredible place. Right in the centre of town, close to many restaurants. The apartment was very clean, quiet and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The host was very responsive and had excellent suggestions.

Clean and modern inside. Took a few minutes to locate, but thoroughly loved it. Highly recommend!! There didn’t seem to be any places to eat in Ofena, but there were places in Capistrano, a short drive away.

The host is very kind and very responsive. The house is very nice. He hosted my father and his partner who had a great time.

Nice solution in the center, very convenient to the main square to park the car, also in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach a super efficient and cheap multi-story parking lot, a nice environment, very good bathroom and kitchen solution, the bed solution is a little spartan (since it is a studio you have to be satisfied with a sofa bed) but overall it is more than valid as a general solution for a few days of stay in the area. Definitely recommended.

We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

The arrangement was very easy, Vittorio went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed on our trip. He is very sweet and incredibly helpful. The three of you had a lot of space in the apartment and it was very nicely furnished. Especially the private terrace is huge and really pretty! Vittorio is a great host and I would come back anytime!

I had a great time staying here in the center of L’Aquila. I was staying here solo while on a work vacation but I can see the place being very comfortable for two couples as the beds are large and the living room and kitchen spaces are very big. Having a washer AND drier was actually super handy. It’s also right in the heart of downtown which was lively and beautiful. Would recommend!

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. I found the house in great condition. The accommodation has everything you need and was very clean. Valeria was always responsive in her messages and provided all the necessary directions and information. I highly recommend it.

We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

My partner and I stayed for a week, the house is in a quiet and peaceful area, it is completely independent and all fenced, great for us who travel with our inseparable Rottweiler who really appreciated (us too!)the large garden. Inside the spaces are right, there were two of us but there would have been 3 other people, we didn't miss anything. Good location to visit Abruzzo both to the sea and to the more inland areas. We had a great time and among the things we most appreciated the tranquility, the silence, the right privacy, the nature that surrounds the house with a beautiful view, the spectacular sunsets, the fireflies in the evening in the garden. Obviously, a special thank you to Francesco, he was a helpful and caring host, always in communication with us and gave us countless tips on places and restaurants, it was like being at a friend's house. Highly recommended experience!

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The location was perfect. Claudio was super helpful. The apartment was clean, cozy and well furnished, with all the amenities we needed. We felt right at home! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the area. We'll be back soon!!!

We stayed in Eleonora's apartment for one night. The penthouse is very comfortable and various services can be managed comfortably from the tablet. During the stay we were able to enjoy the sauna, the relaxation area with the salt wall and a wide choice of teas and herbal teas available. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Thoughtfully styled, we really appreciated the Japanese-style living room. Perfect for a relaxing weekend.

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

We thought everything was great, nice host and directly opposite a highly recommended restaurant la Rampa. Good starting point to discover. There are also free beaches a few kilometers further to the right.
