Beachfront holiday rentals in Alba Adriatica

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

I spent a relaxing vacation at Caterina's apartment, an apartment that is literally 30 meters from the sea. Great value.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!

It was a very nice stay. The apartment is great. The amenities are a bit outdated, but the view makes everything right. The bathrooms were great and modern. It is very suitable for a family. Conditionally suitable for more families or friends, as you are in a very tight space. The building is very well maintained and the residents very friendly. Under the house is a cafe for breakfast and in the area is a large offer anyway.

The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

I was a guest for a weekend with my family (my wife and two children aged 8 and 12). The apartment is very nice, functional and well furnished. A special mention to the beautiful equipped terrace that allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The three flights of stairs without an elevator are definitely worth it. In the area, there are restaurants and clubs, as well as the promenade (right in front of the house). Zina is very quiet and has free parking in the immediate vicinity. Matteo was punctual and precise in his answers, making the stay even more pleasant.

Livia was immediately active, friendly and available. The place was as described, really cozy and well cleaned in every detail, the rooms spacious and with its own private bathroom a real gem. Very well-equipped kitchen and very spacious and well cared for balcony. If we return to the area, we will definitely relocate here!

Very nice apartment. Even more than the photos. It really feels like being at Grandma's house. Clean and well-kept accommodation, close to the sea and with a fifteen-minute walk you find yourself in the center. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area where the house is located is very quiet, but in a few minutes you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, newsstands, etc. Domenico is an impeccable host! We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Accommodation in a great location, the free beach is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The center is a stone's throw away, easily reached by a walk along the seafront; ideal location for all ages and needs. Hosts Milvia and Marco were polite, friendly and available for every guest need. Particularly appreciated was the check-in carried out directly by them. The apartment was found tidy and clean; through the directions of the hosts the stay was more than pleasant and enjoyable.

Our vacation in Faustas Penthouse was just heavenly. It is exactly as in the photos - only even better, because the size, beauty and atmosphere of the gigantic roof terrace are really even more breathtaking. The apartment also offers everything you want - including two air conditioners for the sleeping area - and for the large living room. We read in peace for half the day on our private sun loungers on "our" terrace before we made the 5-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach or rode our rented bicycles (absolute recommendation!) along the picturesque coast. The house is in a great location - a little quieter, but by bike you can reach the middle of the somewhat more touristy hustle and bustle in 10 minutes. Fausta is a lovely and very discreet hostess who can be contacted at any time because she lives right next door. We booked at short notice because we were not happy with our previous accommodation - and Fausta's paradise saved our vacation!
