Beautiful period apartment in central location - Stefano was very helpful and responsive

Simone was always available, communicated proactively with us. The apartment is beautiful, everything is available. In addition, bicycles are available that make it possible to ride on the bike paths, for example, to the port or to San Benedetto.

Staying at Cinzia and her husband's apartment was a super positive experience! The apartment, in a quiet area close to the sea, reflected the photos and description....even live is even better. Clean, tidy, complete with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom... absolutely nothing was missing. As it is written in the description, you could only bring the essentials and personal things...the rest is there! Cinzia and her husband personally welcomed us when we arrived, despite our small delay. They explained everything to us, gave us tips on local activities and were responsive to our every request. For example, for a small problem with the boiler, Cinzia was notified, after 5 minutes she was at home with a technician....and it was almost 10:00 pm...everything was resolved in 10 minutes! What can I say...thank you for everything and I definitely recommend this apartment, without a doubt!

The flat was near the centre, very peaceful, spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a problem with the 'latch' (don't use it!) but Giusy was round within 10 minutes to sort us out. Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time in Fermo. Fabrizio’s flat was ideally situated for access to the town. He guided us into the premises assisted us with our luggage and provided car parking passes. The flat had a historic charm, the ceiling murals were outstanding and the views from the bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. Fabrizio communicated with us throughout our stay in a very friendly manner and was generous with what was provided. I would highly recommend this property.

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer to the sea on foot, but we liked to walk, we could rent bikes. Great place for trips to the mountains in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to return in the future.

Beautiful new apartment, very centrally located. The suite is in the ZTL zone so you cannot park there; however it was a short 10 minute walk to the central parking lot by the train station (which was also very cheap). Valentina had everything we could need in the apartment - it was well stocked with necessities for cooking as well as condiments in the fridge. We loved her place and highly recommend it! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Valentina!

Luisa is an impeccable host and the apartment in Pino matches the description and photos. The sea is only 5 minutes away on foot and the possibility of using umbrellas and deckchairs in a very beautiful Lido is highly appreciated. A more than positive experience that we will certainly try again.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt so comfortable in other places as in this one. A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

What an amazing place! You find yourself in a beautiful villa, surrounded by a well groomed garden with pond with lilies and jumping cute frogs. I stayed in the attic, but Felice and his brother and dad completely renovated and modernised the place. It’s very comfortable, you have your own kitchen with everything you need, huge bathroom and bedroom. And my car was parked on the property. Hosts are very friendly, respectful and respond to all inquiries. Will definitely come back! Thank you, Felice!
