Beautiful property. The beach is very close to the property and you can really enjoy a private time there with your family. Shamil was really helpful and responsive. He arranged an early checkin for us and was throughout very responsive to all the queries. The caretaker Varghese was very sweet and helpful and arranged whatever we needed during the stay. The nearby restaurants also delivers to the location and Swiggy was also available. Would recommend this if you need to live by beach side and want to have a peaceful time.

This is a beautiful cozy and peaceful place, there is also an incredible terrace with a view over the landscape. The house is 100% clean, comfortable and calm. Highly recommended as a stop to have some relax between all your Indian adventures;) as we came here- we understood, how important this was for us. Vismaya and the whole family are SO friendly, open, caring. They saluted us with fresh coconuts:), teached us cooking Ayurvedic dishes, organised many sightseeing trips around. We are very grateful. We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. Thanks to Fahad, a great host, for being prompt and caring. Cheers!

We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience.
