Peculiar One bedroom Studio.

"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

Private Cozy Cottage in heart of Orlando

Come stay at our Cozy quaint suite located in the historic downtown Lake Davis neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to a quiet neighborhood market, 1 mile walk to downtown Orlando with entertainment and the Downtown Farmers Market. Less than 30 minutes to the worlds greatest attractions Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World etc. The beach is a 1 hour drive. One car parking. The room is connected to a family home you’re able to hear guest next door. Not for parties . Please NO pets.

Conveniently located from the airport, beach, Orlando Speed World, and all of the great attractions. This guesthouse is a perfect in between place to stay from the airport to the port if taking a cruise. You will access the guesthouse from a shared driveway, will have privacy of a wall and yard between the main house and guesthouse.

Excellent host and great location, bed was super soft and comfy. The entire place was clean and the cats are so cute! Kevin (cat) would check on us every morning as if to say hello! Beth was super nice she introduced herself to us mad us feel at home and even invited us out to the nightlife 10/10 will definitely be returning 🤍

The place was perfect, exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was easy to find, very clean, and had everything we could ask for to feel comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Miguel & Sandra were great hosts, and we would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in the area. Would absolutely come back again!
