Located less than 2 miles from campus. this apartment is a great place to land at the end of the day. Kitchen includes microwave, fridge, coffee maker and air fryer. This 380 sq ft newly remodeled mother-in-law suite has private entrance, patio and yard. Suite is completely closed off from the house and has keyless locks for easy check in.

Peculiar One bedroom Studio.

"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

The place was perfect, exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was easy to find, very clean, and had everything we could ask for to feel comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The location was great! We were about 40 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and 30 minutes from Disney Springs—perfect for our family vacation. The house was beautiful and very clean. We brought our Labrador who enjoyed the fenced yard. He had an amazing time! The kitchen was full of everything you may need to cook and the host even left us a little snack basket. It was a wonderful treat after a long drive. We also brought our baby and thankfully the home was equipped with a portable bassinet—definitely a plus! Overall the home was very comfortable and perfect for our trip. I highly recommend this place. ☺️

Welcome to Your Cozy Getaway!

EXTREMELY good value!! Brand new studio that was spotless and fully equipped with a full size kitchen. The countertop range is small, but I was able to cook a fabulous ribeye steak dinner on it. It's only 30 minutes to all the theme parks. The property sits 1 mile from the 408 and 417 freeways which lead to all the parks. At approximately $90/nt, this studio is a fantastic option for a couple or single traveler. The bathroom has a great shower panel and if you've never showered with one, it's a spa type experience. With body jets, rainhead, and waterfall, these shower systems are awesome. I highly recommend this studio for all the reasons above.
