Second time staying here and it was once again fantastic!

Residence was very clean and looked like the photos. It was peaceful and everything was up to par and I would definitely stay again or recommend! It’s a great location to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the beach life, but easy to commute the beach! Thanks for the hospitality and professionalism! 🔑

Quiet and beautiful. Close to Montgomery but felt like it was really out of the way. We loved sitting by the water just enjoying the view.

Stewart's place looked just like the photos and was cozy. We were there for a wedding nearby, and this was a great place to come back to both nights and relax and play Scrabble. The bed was very comfortable! The setting is really beautiful and peaceful.

Me and my family were in town to attend a nearby wrestling event. The space here was cozy and had so many nice touches that made it feel like home. Dave was a nice and friendly host. Easy to communicate with. He made sure everything was up to code. I would recommend staying here. It’s a lovely place with a great backyard. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house with breathtaking views! bill the host was very responsive and provided all the information we needed to make our check in and checkout quick and easy! House comes with everything you need to head to the beach and toys as well for the pool! 10 out of 10 will return!

This home was absolutely wonderful. We loved that home felt secluded in a peaceful area of the woods but you were still just 5 minutes from stores. It was very convenient to Walmart and Publix. The home was very clean and she provided everything you would need including extra blankets, towels, qtips, cotton balls etc. The split floor living area has an adorable retro feel to it and the balcony outside of the living area was a perfect spot to work every morning and hear the birds while under the perfect amount of shade. We didn’t hate that it rained a few days either because the sound of the rain on the roof was very calming. The only thing to point out, which didn’t bother us but felt like it should be known is that the primary bedroom has a curtain as the door. The other room has a door. Didn’t bother us though and we will definitely be returning again!!

This place was great! 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms were great. sleeps 8 so we did have to use the futon and couch, but guests said they were comfy! pool was beautiful and enjoyed! kitchen had everything we needed!

Renee was very friendly, accommodating and courteous. It’s a great place in a beautiful neighborhood. I had a great time and can’t recommend this place enough.

Great location convenient to everything without the downtown traffic. You can spend the day outdoors in Oak Mountain State Park and go downtown for dinner all within 15 minutes. Also loved that when I was ready to get back on the road, it was convenient to the highway without going through the city. For light sleepers, keep in mind this is a triplex so you will hear the neighbors.

Jacque was an amazing host! She showed me around the property, introduced me to her chickens and was super friendly! The grounds are gorgeous and it was so peaceful. Close to town but felt like I was out in the country.

Looked just like the photos and had a great location. We had a great stay and went to a concert the vibes and place definitely were a piece of that!

Great stay! Bed was comfortable, cozy and everything clean and just as advertised. Feeding and petting the mules are an added bonus!

We have stayed at many Airbnb’s over the years. This one by far is one of the most memorable ones we ever been to. The host actually built to place himself custom-made a lot of things there all the amenities you can think of over there AC everything was there along the walls were a little template kind of explaining everything along the way, so it was really no need to call him. It was all explained. Communication as well as unique you’re not gonna find a better place like that !!

What a gem! If you’re looking for a comfy and convenient place to stay in midtown Mobile, this is the spot. The space is perfect for one or two people. The surroundings are beautiful among the historic houses snd live oak trees. And it’s super close to a fun Irish pub! The space is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities for a short stay. We loved it and would love to book it again!

Cozy little place it was perfect. There were multiple shopping centers, groceries and restaurants within a five minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

We have had the pleasure of staying in several of Alan’s properties in the Northport area during my daughter’s time at the University of Alabama and they have all been consistently clean and comfortable, well stocked, and well thought out. I know when we book one of Alan’s properties, I don’t have to worry about a thing! Such a nice feeling when you are traveling 10 hours or so from Oklahoma. We are able to relax and enjoy our time with family. Would book with Alan every time if we could!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were super responsive. The condo was really nice. The rooms are on opposite sides of the condo so it felt more private. I loved the parking situation. It was so easy and the space was always there. The view from the condo is pretty much unbeatable. I will say we learned Gulf Shores is not our area. The traffic was insane. This had nothing to do with the condo. Once on the beach, the traffic opens up which is so weird.

We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The unit is very spacious. We were traveling with two grandchildren, so the accommodations were ideal. Our grandson has a food allergy so we especially appreciated the nice kitchen. Allison even made sure that there were pans we could use to accommodate his allergy. We made a couple of trips to nearby grocery stores and were able to eat every meal during the stay on the balcony. The in unit washer and dryer made life so much easier. It seemed to be a very family friendly environment. It was a good experience.

No ocean view from room 318 (top floor) but still a PERFECT spot none the less. The beach, which we loved that it was just across the street from our room, was definitely something to experience. It is beautiful! The tiny room was clean and tidy (no sand on bed or floors). We appreciated the coffee maker and the couple coffee pods. Extremely walkable for all your needs, (apparel and groceries) we hardly used our car. Our host Karen was great and very responsive. The ONLY big issue we had was the mattress. Just by looking at it we could see that it was going to be very uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin, but for the most part the people staying there were considerate about that. My husband's noise machine came in handy at night, as well.

Not our first time booking with Randy and Lisa and it won’t be the last. Their place feels so homey and comfortable. We love it
