CJ's place was great and very comfortable. The location was ideally situated in the center of downtown Birmingham with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and everything we needed for this trip. The unit was clean, free parking was in the nearby garage, and CJ's instructions were very helpful. CJ was very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure everything was satisfactory by checking in with me via messaging at appropriate stages during my stay. I highly recommend his place for your next visit to Birmingham.

This place was perfect for what we needed! Amanda was super friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had! The location was great and away from all the traffic and people in Gulf Shores! It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was never over crowded! Also, having security at the condo made for an even more comfortable stay! We hope to stay again!

Marvin was highly responsive and helpful. The space was just as shown, the rooftop common area was great, what a cool old building with a modern twist.

I had a great stay here! A few things that made the stay great: ~ I traveled with my dog and this was a great place for pets! - Fantastic location! Great restaurants and coffee shops are accessible within a 5-10 minute walk! ~ The space was clean and exactly as Justin described! One note about parking when checking in: there’s a parking pass that you are able to get when you get to the room that allows you access to a private lot. Before checking in and getting the pass, you will need to find street parking. I arrived on a Friday afternoon, so it did take some time to find street parking before getting into the room. And having a dog added an extra layer. But after that, I had no issues! Overall, great place and great location. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve been coming to Orange Beach for over 20 years and always stay at Windward Pointe, but this was our first time in Diane’s unit and it was by far the best experience we’ve had! Not only did the condo have everything we needed, it had so much more. For the first time ever, I didn’t feel the need to bring a lot from home. There’s a closet stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, floats,even a little pool we brought for our grandbaby, which we left for the next guests to enjoy. The condo was also well-supplied with essentials: laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a cabinet full of seasonings and non-perishable items. There was even another closet with beach towels, sunscreen, and a first aid kit. It’s the first time we’ve stayed somewhere that keeps helpful items left by previous guests for the next ones,such a thoughtful and practical touch. We will definitely be booking Unit 1201 again next time. Thank you, Diane, for making our stay so comfortable.

Tony had a wonderful property manager to communicate with during our stay. Cynthia was super responsive, friendly & helpful. the kitchen had EVERYTHING our large family needed. The luxury roll our beds were perfect for our use and thr beachfront patio hot tub was a favorite among us. Breakfast in the resort was accessible to owners only- not weekly renters so that was a bummer but outside Tony's control. We had a beautiful BEAUTIFUL luxury stay here.

I could list them, but they’ve been listed by many other reviewers… It was, by far, the best beach condo we’ve ever rented. The hosts clearly care so much about this place. Their passion is evident in all of the little details that make it so wonderful. Just reserve it before someone else does. Because they absolutely will and you’ll miss out.

Quaint beachside condo. I loved that the building wasn’t nearly as huge as other nearby properties which made check-in, checkout, and elevator wait time easy breezy. Condo had all the things to make you feel right at home. Only ‘issue’ we had was no window treatments in living room and very sheer drapes in the Master, and the sun is very bright in the morning. Jennie was very responsive to any question I had! All around, great unit!

Loved our stay! Exactly what we were looking for! Easy walk to the beach and we found ourselves using the racquetball court often!

This was the perfect condo for our girls weekend! Everything was very clean, the kitchen well supplied, and the beds super comfy. We had someone sleeping on the pull out sofa and they even said it was the most comfortable one they’d ever slept on. Rachel was super friendly and informative and responded quickly if we had any questions. The property was fantastic! There was hardly ever a wait at the elevators to the 18th floor and we were able to get from our condo to the beautiful beach with ease. The pools there were great and our group really appreciated the little beach bar and grill on the boardwalk. Such a great stay! Would highly recommend!

This place was recommended by close friends who had stayed there twice with their 3 kids and we were NOT disappointed! We had friends with us and they loved it, too. Quiet place, great host, absolutely beautiful views and a very relaxing vacation!

Our stay at Laura's condo was absolutely perfect! We couldn't have asked for anything better! The location was perfect and the beach was clean, the outdoor pool was clean and warm and there was an indoor pool and hot tub as well (we didn't use but it seemed to be clean). The condo itself was beautiful, clean and extremely well equiped. Our favorite ammenity was the beach toy closet, it had EVERYTHING we would've never thought to have but came in handy for the beach and pool. She even equiped beach towels which we forgot to bring. There was also charcoal for the grills in the beach closet which was nice. Our absolute favorite thing to do was crab hunting at night and there was a few flashlights in the condo but no batteries so we used our phone flashlights. The communication from Laura was top notch!! We had no issues to report but she made sure to keep us well informed. There is nothing I could think to recommend because it was all covered very well.

Condo was perfect for couples get away! Price was comparable to hotels in the area but with kitchen amenities. Unlike other condos I have stayed at, Amy had beach chairs, umbrella and a cart for the guests to use. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of toilet paper and towels for our stay. There were also coffee pods available for us. She responded very quickly to any questions I had from the moment I booked and allowed for early check in once the condo was clean. This was one of my best experiences from booking to check out.

Close to the airport and close to the restaurants and bars around. From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right decision on staying here. The private balcony was a nice bonus.

Beautiful location, beautiful home-we especially appreciated the pool with 3 children under 6. I loved watching the dolphins. We also of course loved the beach and the proximity to the marina. Amy was very responsive and helpful-would love to return.

We had a fantastic experience staying here during our trip to Mobile! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches—like the candy and bottled water waiting for us when we arrived. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting the area!

Beautiful view, easy lake access and the pool was lovely. Would definitely stay again. Great price as well. Be prepared for it to be buggy in the summer, such is a lake house. Cozy beds and couches. Only complaint is that maybe a dresser in the room with the twin beds would be nice. No where to put clothes away! Highly recommend Daniels place at Mallard Pointe. Enjoyed the steak restaurant and the Marina restaurant. Was a nice girls weekend and I'd love to go back with my family and rent a pontoon!!

We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy Roberts ‘Night at the Museum’. The place is clean and full of interesting artifacts. The kitchen includes snacks and you can certainly cook for yourself. Overall it is a comfortable stay, there are shops, restaurant and coffee shop within walking distance, and the Chief Ladiga trail is right around the corner. We have enjoyed visiting several times now.

Very convenient place to stay on our trip to Florida. Only about 10 mins off the highway and close to amenities. House is a bit dated in places, and it would be nice if the kitchen were a bit better stocked, but our priority was a secure fenced yard for our dogs- and this home delivered on that front! The dogs loved the huge yard! It was a quiet neighborhood and filled our needs.
